Been using scream for a while now for both drop shipping and wholesale and any problems I have had they have been dealt with in a speedy manor. We met Taylor at the Autumn Fair at the NEC on Monday who was a real big help and both me and my team really liked what they had done with the stand. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS.

Well all we can say is another faultless transaction ,we enjoy working with Scream as they true to what they say they will do, We are looking at expanding our product range and will use Scream Wholesale to do this.

One thing and its not a fault, PLEASE can we have more scooters, ie push / kick scooters, we have many enquiries re these and could sell buckets if Scream had a larger range

This is the first time Ive used scream warehouse, the products are as described. They are very efficient and stock dispatched very quickly. Good profit margins to be made on their stock.

I have been using Scream from the beginning and have made many orders from them.
They are always processed quickly and the service is good.
Things do go wrong but they are dealt with professionally.
The only minor criticism I could make is the packaging on drop-ship orders, items are not packaged in boxes and at busy times of the year when Royal Mail or other Carrier's are rushed it can lead to boxes getting damaged and the possibility of negative feedback.
This is not however a major problem when the standard item box is strong.
I would say overall that Scream are an excellent company to deal with and I would not hesitate in recommending them.
I would like to see along with there expansion in Nitro Models more 4 Channel 2.4Ghz Helicopters and a range of 2.4Ghz Planes.

I haven't really taken advantage of my drop shipping account yet but fully intend to very soon..

There is a great range of products available and the prices are very reasonable which will hopefully help me to build my Gift business.. If I can ever get my website sorted that is!!

I have always found their service to be spot on. Their delivery times are as says in nearly all cases. The prices are fair and competitive. Minimum web sales figure is sound with me.

Scream are great,they deliver on time,they sort out any lost orders no problem.They are very helpful and have great customer service .I have been dealing with them for over a year now and have never had any issues .

We have been using Screamwholesale now for 18 months and we have found them to be very, very good, in fact excellent.

We have been drop shipping with Scream Wholesale for 11 months now and they have provided an excellent service every time.
Items have been shipped out in less than 24 hours and in some cases within half an hour of ordering, packaging and dispatch is very good.

We have had a small amount of returns but I would consider this as normal in any mail order business.

We have also had a small amount of faulty products but Scream Wholesale has been very efficient in rectifying the fault or sending a replacement free of charge.

I wish also that the min selling price be raised a bit more so that the profit margins will go up for everyone.

Overall Jay, John in dispatch and also especially Fiona in the office have always been very helpful by email and telephone, plus we must also give credit to all the other staff in the company, keep it up.

On the rare occasion that i have had to contact Scream Wholesale due to delivery problems which was no fault of theirs but the couriers my issues have been sorted quickly * efficiently by Fiona.

Hi my name is Craig Owen owner of battlebunker.co.uk and I am a scream wholesale customer having spent around £5000 on scream products in the last six months I must say I am overall very pleased with scream wholesales performance their dispatch times are consistently excellent and I like their taste in items to import ,particularly the quads and motorbikes and would like to address concerns raised in another review regarding the quality of the 50cc quads. These Quads require special attention when setting up and are not really suitable for drop shipping direct from scream wholesale you should have these quads delivered to your own garage take off their fuel tanks which are always filled with plastic debris which will block the fuel flow and lead to a customer return the rev screws need adjusting as does almost every nut and bolt on the quad you may well also have to replace the spark, plug coil pack also levers could be snapped in postage and paintwork wrecked by the handle bars during postage if you don't know what any of these parts are or how to fix them you should not be selling quads full stop . These problems should be sorted by the individual sellers . It is part and parcel of the bike trade and you should allow enough margin in your sales to cover these problems. The only problem I have with scream is their other customers insisting on selling everything at minimum sell and devaluing goods .Whenever Scream run out of stock of an item and I still have it in stock it sells for a considerably higher price than usual I have sold thunder cat quads for £500 while some people rush them out for £400 making £20 and not being able to honour their warranty's with the profit trying to pass the problem on to scream. Drop Shipping is great for new business but its not without its risks never sell an item you cannot afford to replace out of you own pocket. I will continue to be a scream wholesale customer for the foreseeable future and hope they continue to provide my business with excellent service I also hope to see a rise in minimum sale prices we are all selling basically the same price so we might as well all charge slightly higher and get some respectable margins

The part would not fit the support afterwards was first rate.

In the fairly short time the we have been dealing with Jay and the team, I cannot praise them enough, they listen, they hear, and they act. I have placed hundreds of orders both on a Wholesale and Dropshipping basis, and every single order has been delivered very quickly, and efficiently, and the speed that John and the dispatch team get orders out is unbelieveable, sometimes within 30 minutes. I sort of dont want to tell anyone how good they really are, as I would want to keep them to myself, but hey, when a company is that good at what they do, they deserve every bit of praise they get. I have been that impressed and that confident about their service, that we have built a whole Website around their products and service. For the record, I am no relation to anyone at scream, and used to deal with other well known RC suppliers, mentioning no names, and these guys leave everyone standing. The ordering system is simple and very easy to use, and understand, and the product range is awesome. I have also sent many orders all over the world using Scream, and again every one has been delivered quickly and efficiently.
