This company is awful, they will not refund or replace faulty goods, they accept the faulty goods back. Then refuse to do anything apart from threaten to charge you for disposing of goods that are still in dispute! I will be taking them to small claims, no idea if the goods will still exist by then though!!
AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

I know if I get a problem there is someone around to help me out. The rules and regulations you sign up for are there to protect the company from scammers and they also encourage you to to do your best first. With drop shipping there is a steep learning curve to overcome, whoever the company may be, but Scream are worth the effort.

Please listen to other reviews and avoid this company at all costs. They sell faulty products - will have to take them to court to pursue my claim - will let you know how we get on - avoid

I've been using screen wholesalers for over a year and I have found them extremely helpful with fantastic customer support and friendly attitude towards customers. Highly recommended!!

After purchasing Radio Control products over 2 1/2 years we had some returns so I took these [personally] to their Hinstock premises[after filling in their returns procedure on line].They accepted them in to their premises but then refused [over months] to issue a credit note!THIS ENDED UP IN THE SMALL CLAIMS COURT on 13-5-13 when we won the case!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Had a faulty item from an event we went to. Contacted Scream by e-mail and the item was replaced free of charge within a day. Brilliant service. It isn't often these days that you get this level of service when you are having to return items. Would definitely buy from them again and would recommend.

I have ordered a few items now with Scream and they have been first class, no problems whatsoever, they give very detailed information of your orders and tell you exactly when the order has been picked, packed and dispatched complete with tracking details, delivery is very fast and no problems at all, keep up the good work!

promptness and reliability

After purchasing a few thousand pound worth of stock we had problems with some items, staff at scream are poor mannered swearing on the telephone, disgraced! At the end of the day we are scream wholesales customer and should be looked after but obviously not. We have since has some of the itewms returned due to faulty part which scream wholesale want nothing to do with, they do not keep spares in stock and arnt ordering any, when i asked where i was to purchase the spares they said someone on ebayt will have them. We will not be purchasing from this company again. AVOID AT ALL COST

I FOUND MY PERSONAL EXPERIANCE TO HAVE BEEN CROSSED WIRERS TO BEGIN. WITH I WOULD SAY IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH AN ITEM TRY TO STICK WITH ONE PERSON WHO CAN DEAL WITH IT. I COULD NOT FAULT THE COMPANY MY ITEM WAS A BIKE AS I LIVE IN SCOTLAND THOUGHT HERE WE GO AGAIN?. BUT NO ONCE EVERYTHING WAS SPOKEN ABOUT THEY KEPT ME UP TO DATE WITH EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS. THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXCELENT. STUCK BY THERE WORD EVEN MADE SHURE MY BIKE ARRIVED WHEN IT WAS MEANT TO. SO THUMBS UP PERSONAL THKS TO JOHN.
