Bms arranged collection of my car today between 8-17.00 I get a call at 16.15 asking if it can be collected the following day to which I said no I’ve waited in all day. Then by some miracle a driver turns up within 40 mins. Explains that as soon as the car is loaded he will send pictures and I would get paid. Shock no payment. Call BMS and speak with a moron who try’s to put the blame with me and I should have called when driver was there to receive payment. They have now taken my car and not been paid. Shocking service shocking customer service stay well clear !!!!!

This was a great service. It was so quick. I went online in the morning and the car was collected in the afternoon. The man was friendly and very efficient and paid us a cheque there and then. I would recommend to others

Really simple process, Delivery guy was perfect.
Really simple process, came and collected the car, guy that turned up was overly professional, cannot fault him at all. I had sprained my ankle and he showed care, told me to wait by the door, he came to me, took the key, checked my paperwork and then took the car, rang me to confirm to stop me having to walk back down stairs. Cannot fault the guy in the slightest. Easiest process of my life, was open about payment and fully transparent.
