At last I spoke to a very helpful lady after going round in circles within the call centre customer service network!
You need to employ more of her calibre.
I have been a Scottish Power customer for over 20 years and have had little joy regarding smart meters until today. If everything that I have been told happens when expected then the service survey will also get a great review but so much is resting on a sub contractor now!

I've been with Scottish Power for several years, found their prices the best option for me. This time all providers' rates had increased, but SP helped me with a better offer. There is always someone to speak to quickly if I have any queries with my account, and SP website with my account is very user friendly. Recommended.
