Had an occasion to call about my electricity bill, the person I spoke with was efficient. Polite and understanding, she helped solve my query in minutes..very well trained staff. Well done Scottish Power
Extremely pleased
Very helpful, patient and knowledgeable staff who hopefully have resolved my issue regarding access to online account.
Nice and easy over the phone but I did not understand why I could complete the moving house for gas on the ap but unable to complete electricity moving home. Hence the phone call
I needed to change my package with Scottish Power as the package I was on was coming to an end. There are not as many choices as there used to be but there is always an opportunity further down the line to change to another cheaper package if the cost of fuel is reduced.
I like the idea that I can always change my payment if I have too much credit, or, alternatively, make a payment if needed.
I receive e-mails when I have put in my meter readings to show how much power I am using as I don't have a smart meter.
Having a chat with an advisor who was knowledgeable and understood customer needs made the difference, and that is the reason I am giving my experience a 5-Star
Friendly agents much more helpful than EDF who l left to join you
I have been bombarded with phone calls about my arrears even after informing the callers of a date it would be paid, I've recently got out of hospital having had a tripple heart bypass surgery and I am now in recovery the stress of being hounded at least 3 times a day is ridiculous my direct debits are in place and although the calls have stopped the emails and texts keep coming, im seriously thinking about leaving Scottish power because of this
A very good call handler,he knew what he was doing and sorted my queries out
The lady I talked to was very polite, efficient and dealt with my problem promptly
Customer service is the worst off any company i have ever dealt with, I have emailed and called multiple times over a 3 year period and you have neither dealt with the issues correctly or at all , no communication whatsoever on most occasions
Got through fairly quickly and issue quickly resolved
He went through the problem carefully and set a resolution in motion.
Always very friendly and willing to help with any issues
