I bought the all seasons Hungarian Goose Down duvet a couple of years ago and LOVE it, but I noticed an issue with it. I contacted Scooms who sorted the issue out within a couple of days. Excellent products and excellent customer service. Thank you Scooms!

Brilliant mattress protector and also topper. Very comfortable and well made. Delivery excellent. You get what you pay for with this company and I want my products to last a long time.

Scooms is a small company who are getting things just right. I ordered a pair of bath towels from them recently. The order was despatched promptly. Communication was great. The towels are thick, soft and fluffy. Top quality.
They have washed well and have good drying properties. I will definitely order from Scooms again.

I bought the Hungarian Goose-down duvet from Scooms on-line. I decided on the 2 in 1 option, with a 9 tog and a 4.5 tog, which can be easily clipped together to cover all the UK seasons.
So far, (March/April), I have only used the 9 tog and it is so wonderfully warm, and feels almost weightless, like sleeping under a fluffy cloud!
Since buying this fabulous product, I have never woken up in the middle of the night feeling hot and sticky as I used to do with my previous synthetic duvet.
Not cheap, but you get what you pay for, which in this case is a luxurious night's sleep.

At first I found the pillow quite firm when I first started using it, which I wasn’t entirely expecting. However, after a few nights it softened up really nicely and has become much more comfortable.

It now feels really supportive but still soft, and has that luxury hotel feel you’d expect from Hungarian goose feather. You can definitely tell the quality is there, and it seems to settle in really well with use.

Overall I’m very happy with it and it’s made a noticeable difference to my sleep.

I bought another egyptian cotton sheet from Scooms as I had enjoyed the previous sheet's soft luxurious feel so much. It did not disappoint. The sheets get softer with every wash. A worthwhile investment towards a good sleep.

Having researched and researched good bedding for years, we took the plunge and bought Scooms following my husband’s serious illness and extended hospital stay – he couldn’t wait to get home to a decent night’s sleep. It is not an exaggeration to say that Scooms bedding has played a significant part in his recovery!

We have both never slept so well. First, the Hungarian goose down duvet. We have tried others and they do not match up. This duvet envelopes you and gives you an indescribable feeling of comfort and safety, at the perfect temperature- not too hot for me while keeping my poorly husband warm. And this is a small thing but one that if you’ve ever struggled with fitting a duvet you will appreciate- the little signs telling you which way up it goes. Attention to detail!

Next, the pillows- they’re excellent. My very sensitive neck has had excellent support, without the feeling of stiffness that you get with good support pillows.

Then the linen - it is beautiful. Fits beautifully, feels divine. Washing instructions super clear- we have tumble dried once but much prefer to dry naturally especially now the weather is warmer. There is nothing like the feeling of this linen dried outside.

And finally customer service. The issue with the fasteners that kept coming undone is now fixed. I emailed the company to tell them how pleased I was with the bedding – apart from this issue – they sorted my issue and sent me the improved fasteners the same day.

So, just an all-round excellent British company - the kind we should be proud we still have.

I honestly can’t rate Scooms highly enough. It was a significant investment but worth every penny; I have spent too long and made too many mistakes in the past looking for the perfect bedding – this is it. You will not regret buying from them.

Scooms towels are amazing! I simply love them. The quality is indeed what I expected. The towels are soft and fluffy, and remain this way after washing them. I would dare to say they even beat the towels in good hotels.

Really great quality goods, we bought a mattress cover, the fit and quality of materials are excellent.

I’ve had my Scooms down pillow for a few months now and it’s as good as the day it arrived. It has retained its shape and self plumps every morning. It’s taken 58 years and hundreds if not thousands of pounds to find a clean comfortable pillow.

My Scooms Hungarian goose down duvets are wonderful to sleep under. I chose a 9 tog plus a 4.5 tog to cover all weather conditions. Scooms had a variety of choices to suit everyone. Best of all the price was the best I came across with no loss in quality. Highly recommend.

Didn't know of the brand until a fortnight ago, after reading some ludicrously positive reviews. Thought I'd give them a go as I'd splurged on a new bed and mattress. Really really impressed by their sheets, duvet, pillows, and mattress protector. Makes you feel like you're staying at a lush hotel on holiday. Shipping is super quick and Jonathan (co-owner) is really responsive to any questions. Will buy from them again. Believe the hype.

We waited a couple of weeks for our item to be back in stock but were promptly notified when this occurred. Order process was seamless and delivery was prompt. The item, which is a king size goose-down duvet is superb. We are really pleased with it. Would highly recommend this company. Our old duvet was definitely worn out, but we wanted to ensure that the new one lived up to expectations, hence our delay in writing this review. We also love the little detail of the label with the feet on the edge to show you which way up it goes!

The team are very responsive, I had to make a return as I had ordered the wrong size. It was quick and no quibbles. The quality of the pillows and duvet are excellent. The emperor size is heavy but as light as a feather when sleeping. Great that both the service and products exceeded my expectation.

It’s genuinely special, it’s sumptuously soft yet substantial with a luxurious weight.

Everything has clearly been made to the highest standard and this is reflected in the luxury feel.

The customer service is exemplary and the delivery service is fantastic.

This bedding makes going to bed every night a real treat.

Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.

The best duvet and well worth the price. No more hot then cold then sticky sleeps, 60 day trial is a great option in case it’s not ideal , 13.5 tog comes in two parts so an all year duvet in one. Great communication and quick delivery too. Well packed. You got to try it to believe it!

Great product and company. I was a little dubious about paying £100 for a pillow, but was always waking up with a stiff neck on the previous 2 alternatives i had tried. I've not woken up with a stiff neck since buying this pillow. Highly recommended !
