I'm not usually one to write reviews unprompted however, i have had the best experience ordering via Schuh!

I ordered a pair of boots, a pair of trainers and a suede protector spray.

I ordered on 4th November, standard delivery and i split the cost in 3 on Klarna which works best for me - the only slight criticism is that, Schuh clearly see the 3 x items as separate orders and indeed they all came separately so, when Klarna processed the payments i had 3 x amounts leave my account without much/any communication, i figured it out quite quickly but this *could* be confusing for some customers.

Anyway, that was fine, the boots arrived the next day!!!!! Unbelievable when it said i think 4-5 working days, the trainers arrived a day later and then, the spray the following day. I'm sure some people would be miffed that the orders came separately but, i am delighted, the shoes are all great quality, well packaged, speedy delivery - I'm really impressed and will definitely look to use Schuh again in the future :)

Can’t speak to anyone in customer services paid for next day delivery as i needed my item as a birthday gift and didn’t even turn up they use the worst delivery company wouldn’t recommend buying anything from them.

I will never purchase from this store again! Schuh has closed my local store so I had to order online and then as the item was to big I had to return it online, this proved a very expensive experience.
I am now £10.00 poorer, thanks but no thanks Schuh!

Although there were technical issues getting a connection (Broadband) once I spoke to Jodie my issues were resolved quickly and efficiently.

The problem was identified my notes from a previous interaction were used and it all took no time at all. 10+

Firstly they use Evri as a delivery service!!! Red flags should have been spotted! After the boots had been lost/stolen during delivery Schuh customer service seem to just want to monitor the situation with the promise” we’ll get back to you” at the end of each conversation. They never do.
The reluctance to provide a service to the customer they prefer to look after themselves and profit first.

Returned a pair of Tevas to Brighton; a strap had failed after 3 days. Schuh could not have been more helpful during our communications while away, and today returning and exchanging the shoes could not have been easier. And we received a partial refund!

Would give zero stars if I could. Schuh uses Evri, whose drivers take no accountability — mine left £85 trainers in a shared entrance with 20 residents. Schuh’s response? ‘Have you checked with your neighbours? Isnt that obvious I? Now I’m out £85 with no trainers or refund. Avoid them — just read the other reviews.

I've had a much better experience with Schuh. Ordered a coat, and received it with no issues. Unfortunately it didn't have a tag, but they sorted it out for me in store with a speedy replacement and exchange. Thank you! 👍

It's true getting hold of customer service can be tricky (long wait) but once they're on the phone, they're very helpful.

The Kingston store are great too. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Yikes! Ordered online. What arrived were used shoes (in the wrong size!) with the shop display price sticker on. Quality control seems non existent. Update: I was in touch with the customer experience team and they were very helpful so I now rate the whole experience 4/5 instead of 1/5. Well done to the customer experience team.

Ordered a pair of shoes whilst away with work- for 7 days which has been proved- driver decided to leave the shoes in an authorised spot, I’ve returned and the shoes are no longer there after being left there for 7+ days. Contacted schuh and they accepted that the item was not delivered to myself but won’t refund or replace the shoes? Quite clearly going against the consumer rights act and trading standards which is surprising. Having looked at reviews it’s a common theme.

I totally agree with all the reviews. It took 2 weeks to get order delivered and after 2 weeks they have returned the money and a few days after that I actually got the shoes delivered and now a few days after that they want me to return the shoes on my own cost or they debt collect agency can chase me up for £20. I don’t think I ever going to buy anything again

Bought a pair of trainers in store for full price. Got the pair home and they had a label to say they had been discounted by £15. Took them back to branch immediately to ask the staff if they could honor the discount and they refused. Though they were perfectly happy to sell previous year stock for full price. Was told "That's an old label". Got a full refund, but was disappointed with the service and the attitude of the staff.

No communication, could not get hold of anyone until it was too late.
Trainers were marked and box ripped.
I then got a.link to send info but 1 photo was too big to send.

I bought a pair of trainers for £35.97 but didn’t like them, so I returned them. They gave me a refund of £28!!….they charged me £3.99 twice to return them?! They’re daylight robbers ! I wouldn’t touch them again with a barge pole!

Ordered 1 pair of doc martens and 1 pair of adidas trainers for Christmas gifts. Both arrived with different couriers, both arrived battered. The boxes are in a mess to give as gifts to anyone.
I wish now I’d purchased direct from the shop, or gone elsewhere. At least try to protect the boxes you are sending, instead of just throwing them in a bag to be kicked around a warehouse.
