I have to say I have been nothing but impressed with the customer service and aftercare service from this uniform seller. Without boring you with all the details we had a minor glitch with my order, yes I struggled to get anyone on the phone last Friday but to be fair to them it was the week before schools go back. I got a swift response to both my email and whats app message and have ended up having several conversations with Luke the CEO who has gone above and beyond to help me. And when I say above and beyond I mean it, far more than is expected from any business. I wouldn't hesitate to order again.

I've even managed in my stressed out pre return to school state to send them items that weren't theirs. A problem you might think but no as soon as I realised my error this evening I got in touch, have now prepared the correct returns and they are kindly returning the items that weren't purchased from them - even seeing the funny side! I seriously couldn't ask for more.

Luke, you are a very kind and honest man which customers appreciate, your service has been second to none and I am eternally grateful for your help and support in my hour of need for school uniform when I have been unable to source clothing that fits from anywhere else and I've been getting desperate. Your company deserves 10 stars for the excellent customer service

Ordered as the usual place had ran out of stock, never heard of these before so was recommended from a friend, the uniforms are far better quality, easy to order, fast delivery, won’t be using anyone but this site from now on

Plenty to choose from (size and length) especially as I couldn't get what I needed on our highstreet...... We do live in rural Wales.
Delivery came within timescale stated.

Great experience so far, very grateful to have found the School Uniform Shop. My daughter has SEN and struggles a lot with school uniforms, and will only wear blazers with 1 button design. She loves her blazer from here! We can't do a lot of high street shopping since she finds it overwhelming, therefore had to order a few different sizes and styles to try at home and returns/exchanges were handled really quickly and no issues at all. She absolutely loves the fully elasticated trousers as well, she can't wear trousers that are half-elasticated or have buttons, so these trousers are a lifesaver! Thank you!

Great quality work or school wear for a reasonable price. The polo shirts and 3/4 zip jumper are perfect for work and I know they will last a long time. The polo shirts were true to size. Delivery was fast and communication with customer service was good. Overall a good experience and I will definitely be ordering from them again.

So glad I found this shop when looking for school trousers online much better quality than the ones from the supermarkets, The delivery is also very quick and the customer service is very fast replies via WhatsApp. All round great experience with this shop I will be using again and will be recommending to friends too.

SUS (to save typing!) have a customer service team that, in my opinion, are second to none. They respond quickly, helpfully and pleasantly to any requests. Plus the goods are despatched very speedily and packed beautifully. It's old fashioned service at its very best.

I've used school uniform shop a few times and will keep using them as they have great range of colours, styles, different material polo shirts and is excellent quality. I've bought uniform from other places in the past and after a few washes they lose there colour. But with the ones from school uniform shop they have lasted and have still been great quality. Highly recommend

Excellent quality school trousers, much larger range available than the local stores. Sizing is correct and the trousers are the main brands that last a lot longer than the supermarket ones.

Bigger range available which also includes full elastic waists in bigger sizes (which I haven’t been able to find elsewhere) which is better for neurodivergent children or ones with fine motor skills issues. Weight off my mind knowing that I have somewhere to get these trousers for my 12 year old son.
