I'm really pleased with the quality of the trousers we received. Initially one of the pair sent was the wrong size, but they responded really quickly and sent out the correct size. Can't fault the customer service and will definitely be using them again.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when ordering from the school uniform shop as I’d never heard of them before, but I couldn’t find short sleeve school shirts anywhere else so I took a chance. I was very pleasantly surprised as the quality of the shirts were absolutely brilliant. The fit was great and my daughter is very pleased. The service and price was excellent too. I will definitely be ordering from here again. So glad I found this place.

Only found out about this shop when looking for school trousers without zips for someone who finds them hard to manage and these were perfect pull up no mither great material and made perfectly , in future this will be the uniform shop i will be telling others to use as some stores in local towns price way above peoples purse strings

Very professional and friendly and always communicate everything in a prompt manner. I discovered them by accident but am so happy I did as it is now my first choice when it comes to school uniform! Highly recommend.

Really great for tall skinny boys. Wish I'd found them earlier as struggled for years buying from NEXT & M&S, buying a big size for the length, only having to adjust the waist to make them fit. These trousers I can order the exact waist size and length for my son (now year 11). Great delivery time too.

My son is very slim and tall and I usually purchase his trousers from M&S but they were out of stock for so long. I came across this website and they had what I needed in stock. I was concerned that due to me ordering so close to him starting back at school that I wouldn't receive my order in time. I contacted customer service who were extremely helpful and even contacted me again to confirm when my order had been despatched. The products are of really good quality and fit perfect. Will be ordering again.

Super quick , order came in 2 days just at the start of school in September. Really happy with the quality of the material , my son is a lager lad and needs strong trousers and these are really thick but also comfy . Also great as you can order larger sizes then avaliable in shops . Will definitely be buying some more

I’ve bought the great school trousers for my skinny but very tall boy. The only shop where I found trousers with the right size that fit my son very well. The shirts were also great quality but we didn't get the size right. The return was very easy, the customer service is excellent

This was the first time I have used the School Uniform Shop and I was very pleased with the service. I ordered several Skorts for my daughter and some of her friends as our local shop had stopped supplying them. The order came quickly and on time and the price of the product was competitive. They are a lovely material and true to size fit so we are very happy with the purchase. I would hesitate to both use again and to recommend.

First time using this online uniform shop for school shirts. Website was pretty easy to use and I was happy with my order.
Had a palaver with the delivery (won’t go into the details!) but once I explained to Josie what had happened she was an absolute star and sorted it all out for me. I don’t think anyone else would have cared, so I really appreciate what she did.

First purchase of school uniform. Recommended by a friend. Great service and communication. Slightly dearer than our usual go to but excellent quality and choice of sizing etc. Very smart. Excellent presentation and packaging of products. I can highly recommend and nice to have a choice that differs from the high street which is consistently sold out.

I have to say I have been nothing but impressed with the customer service and aftercare service from this uniform seller. Without boring you with all the details we had a minor glitch with my order, yes I struggled to get anyone on the phone last Friday but to be fair to them it was the week before schools go back. I got a swift response to both my email and whats app message and have ended up having several conversations with Luke the CEO who has gone above and beyond to help me. And when I say above and beyond I mean it, far more than is expected from any business. I wouldn't hesitate to order again.

I've even managed in my stressed out pre return to school state to send them items that weren't theirs. A problem you might think but no as soon as I realised my error this evening I got in touch, have now prepared the correct returns and they are kindly returning the items that weren't purchased from them - even seeing the funny side! I seriously couldn't ask for more.
