The wax smells so vile! Nothing like scent descriptions! Like moldy or something. Also 4 tiny hearts for £3.25 what a rip off. I contacted multiple times for a refund or something and they never responded.

It's a SCAM - Run Away!

Placed order December still haven’t received. Had an email to say it’s been received by DHL for delivery but DHL have said they haven’t ever had it!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I placed my order in January and eventually received my diffuser in February. However I am still waiting for the oils and filters, bearing in mind said money was taken day order was placed. I have since emailed this company 3 times and still no reply. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Ordered 3 items in early January still 1 item not received. Emails unanswered

Spent £60 on goods and not received the diffusers and they’ve sent cheap rubbish tiny oils that I hadn’t ordered- reported it to bank- total scam- trading under perfume pods then
Perfume pads- horrible thieving gits

Ordered on 2nd January still no order i ordered 3 difussers on offer. Cant get a reply from e mails. Leaves a bitter taste. People work hard for their money then to be scammed. I will be contacting my bank for a refund.

How do you get your money back I’ve paid £17 99 ans£8 99 and heard nothing but they’ve taken the money out of my acc

I would give it no stars at all ,sent them numerous emails wanting to cancel straight after ordering because of 35 day wait ,no reply ,and emails bounced back no reply . I think they are scamming people .

Doesn't deserve 1 star! Ordered November, nothing received, no answer to emails, phone number doesn't work. Had to raise a dispute with my card issuer. It seems everyone is in the same boat with this company who seem to be trading under different names too. If anyone wants one of these humidifiers then they are 4 times cheaper on amazon but from reading the rest of the review they weren't worth it anyway. Avoid this company

Ordered on 27th November.received oils on 02.01.21 and emailed 6 times and no reply.called numbers but not recognised.this was a Xmas present.won’t provide tracking.just going to ring trading standards.bad company and lots of bad reviews.avoid

I was told when I ordered my diffuser that there would be a delay so was ok to wait. I was given a £1 discount on future orders as compensation for the delay. Unfortunately when we received our diffuser we were extremely disappointed. It is not emitting any steam and we have messaged via email, Facebook and messenger and had to reply. A very disappointing Christmas gift ruined

I only put 1 star so I could write another review. This company is a complete scam. They are now trading under another name - 'perfumepods.co.uk'. They wont reply to emails, facebook messages, and there is no phone number for them. How can they get away with this. They took my money in Dec (£35), and I have nothing to show for it!

I only pressed one star so I could write this review, please don’t purchase from this company they take your order and your money but order never comes tried Emailing them but can’t get emails to deliver no way of contacting them and they certainly don’t get in touch with you to explain delays. I’m so surprised they are allowed to advertise on any sites because it’s a complete scam, I order different oils from a different sight came straight away

I have never received the oils, was told they would come separately 10 days after diffusers. Still waiting ! Seversl weeks later

DO NOT BUY from these people. The products are rubbish and don't work and the customer service is pretty much non existent. Complete scam!

Ordered small station aromatherapy diffuser and oils early November 2020. The payment taken very quickly but diffuser took a while to arrive. I paid over £30 for these going off reviews etc. So I was expecting more disappointed but tried it ( but no arrival of the oils). It went into over drive water everywhere on unit, worktop was spitting water. I then emailed got reply ( automated) that they were sorry oils come later .After 6 emails ( still automated ) replays thought ok I've been scammed.
Today the oils come through letter box and surprise they have come from China. Then they come from a unit in Southall( warehouse).
I put post code into google and there is loads off complaints regarding this wharehouse and the cheap rubbish they are distributor for these China companies who flood FB with this crap.
So I am keeping oils throwing diffuser in bin and hopefully won't get stung again.
And FB have been totally a waste off time. Checked on address in Glasgow, no 36 Larch Road, G673AJ. On google maps and guess what it's. Shop/ takeaway. Totally Scammed
