Ordering from the United States and great service via emails
I live in the United States and unfortunately the handset for the LA90 is not sold here. Fortunately my daughter would be in Scotland on vacation and I contacted sales at Sarabec with questions. Shaun responded promptly to my numerous emails and assured me my package could be delivered to where she was staying with no issues. I can't thank him enough for his time and responses to my numerous emails. The package was delivered and I'm looking forward to getting it when she returns to the States. If the handset works as well as the LA90, I'll have to see if I can provide another review once I get to try it out.

proper customer service
When Parcel Force failed to deliver the next working day Shaun got straight onto them and sorted it out, giving updates as he went along. Refunded me the extra £3 immediately without being asked. My email was responded to in minutes, action taken, problem solved. Proper customer service, well done.

Arrived promptly but
Arrived promptly. Only complaint is that it needs to be plugged in, whereas my old alarm operated by batteries and could be moved about, inside and out. The batteries in this, are only for power failure backup.
