Excellent!
I had a new Saniflo pump fitted in my kitchen last week. It's efficient and quiet, as expected. But what made everything so good was Andy Salvia, the engineer who fitted the pump. He diagnosed the (fatal!) problem swiftly and fitted an old shower pump, as a temporary measure, which he had cleverly adapted and that worked beautifully until he was able to come along with a new one. Andy has always been completely on top of his game; he kept in touch to let me know how things were going before the fitting and, afterwards, checked that it was still working well. (In my experience, he has always done this.) His invoice came in lower than expected. I can't praise him highly enough.

Help Beyond Expectations
When purchasing a new Saniflo after the first failed following 18 years faultless service, I inadvertently fell for the Google trick where repair companies pay to be at the top of the list and purporting to be authorised Saniflo engineers,. That's what happens when you don't scroll down carefully!
After the 'fitting' we had problems with the cistern seating and its fixing to the wall above the Saniflo. This time I called Saniflo directly and an engineer came to check the installation. Some months later the fault reappeared. I expected to get a negative response from Saniflo.
I emailed Saniflo Customer Service and Lucy arranged for its engineer to come free of charge to sort the problem out. No short trip for the engineer as we live in a rural area about 50 miles from his base.
Second visit sorted the problem out.
I am most grateful for the quick response to my problem. Some companies would have found excuses to avoid a return visit in these circumstances.
Thank you again Lucy for arranging the visit and getting it sorted. understanding.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. EVER.
their products don’t last and they have the WORST customer service I have ever experienced.
I called the office of Saniflo to…
I called the office of Saniflo to request information about a faulty product. The tech person I spoke with, called - Krzysztof HALAJDZIAK, was exceptionally arrogant and refusing to assist me adequately.
This is BAD service, if we talk about any service at all! This is a shame as the Saniflo engineers who visit properties, are usually very polite and friendly.
The people in the office - very rude and unhelpful.
Update on my sanifloor 3
Update on my sanifloor 3
I have now had my sanifloor 3, two years 5 months and it has worked very well over that period. Unfortunately on returning from a holiday the pump failed to start, after turning on the shower. I pressed the button on the power box ( my start button is on the control box not on the pump), the pump started and pumped the water away. I then pulled out the housing in the waste that holds the pcb board, turned it upside down so the magnet float made contact with the pcb and still nothing. I then thoroughly cleaned the whole unit and tried again, but still nothing. I then decided to take the top off by turning anti clockwise so it became free of the lugs, and inspect the pcb. It looked fine (on a visual inspection), and the only concern was the batteries had died.
Having registered the sanifloor and a sanitop which I bought at the same time, I thought the guarantee extended to five years.
I phoned saniflo to arrange the repair. I explained my problem and was told it does sound like a battery failure and if it was under two years old they would come out and check it. I told them that I had registered it and thought that extended the warranty to five years. He then asked me for my postcode, found the registration and was then told the sanitop had an extended warranty but the sanifloor did not and I would have to pay.
OK can I buy the batteries or a new pcb board, no, the batteries are fixed and we only sell a new kit, housing and two new pcb boards for about £200.00, plus if you don’t do the work yourself we can do it for approx. £150. I replied that’s ridiculous, I can buy a complete new pump for about £430, he replied, yes you probably can.
I was so annoyed, I said, thank you very much and put the phone down.
So I looked at the button batteries which were not push out, slot in, and decided to find a pcb repairer. I found Ben at Rewired Tech in High Wycombe who did the job for £25 + vat,
Highly, highly recommened and it worked.
Having looked at all the sanifloor reviews it is my conclusion that the batteries only have a life of two to three years and not five that some have suggested. The shower is used twice every morning, not excessive use I would say
Word of caution the pcb housing is water tight, make sure the o ring is greased, or preferably greased and replaced. Check water tightness by removing pcb and putting a 10mm square of kitchen roll and submerging in water.
Hope this review is a help
Great experience
We used one of their approved engineers- Pumpmaster UK Ltd. They were very professional, had the right parts and got my saniflo up and running in no time. Give them a call 01905 420170.
Extremely poor customer service
Saniflo UK refused to honour the warranty, and I experienced an obstructive and awkward customer service rep. We have 5 Saniflo products on our property. One of them, just over two two years old, failed. We had filled in the form for the five year warranty. On calling the UK office, they said that although they could see the serial number the warranty was 'not on their system" and refused to even book an engineer to look at the unit. I asked to escalate to the reps manager but was refused and told '`She thinks the same".
Really unhelpful. I emailed them on their website form to complain and ask the reasons for why they refused to honour their own warranty but they have not even had the courtesy to reply.
We us Saniflo because the products themselves are usually very good and reliable. The customer service and post sales support is unfortunately terrible.

Charged us 250 quid for a 20 minute job replacing 2 small parts...
This is about the 5th time we've needed a call out too...
Unreliable, do not order parts!
This is a scam! Do not trust this website. I ordered a part, and they took my payment, but the item was never delivered. I tried reaching out via live chat, but it's always offline. They even charge for phone support. Completely unreliable - stay away!
He was a very conscientious engineer..
He was a very conscientious engineer... They responded quickly to our initial request. And it is not an easy job!!
Do yourself a favour and just don’t go there …
Take heed of this advice, as it is coming from one who knows. If ever you view a property, with the intent to purchase or rent, do not back away slowly upon hearing that it has a Saniflo. RUN as fast as your legs will carry you.
There’s a reason that, legally, a macerator cannot be the only toilet in your home. This is because it’s the most shi**y invention ever to curse your life. I’ve spent thousands on repairs and replacements over the years. Plumbers won’t touch them with someone else’s bargepole, and there aren’t enough Saniflo engineers to go round, resulting in long waits and much expense for repairs.
You have been warned!

GREAT SERVICE AND FAIR PRICE, REPAIRED BLOCK SANIFLO IN ABOUT AN HOUR. WAS RECOMMENDED TO ME , DEFINITELY PASS ON MY RECOMMENDATION OCT 2024
I paid nearly 1000$ for a saniflo top…
I paid nearly 1000$ for a saniflo top of the line product. After 1 year the machine started falling apart. Flushing continually, huge water bills. When I contacted the customer support they did not offer to replace the unit. Instead they offered to send a replacement part (that may of may not have fixed it). And they required that I myself dismantle a used toilet to replace the part and send it back to them. A job that when I asked my plumber friend he said would be "absolutely disgusting, really bizarre they asked you to do that". It has been a really disappointing experience with the company and I would not recommend anyone use them.
Poor customer service
Contacted Saniflo twice for advice on a replacement toilet seat for a Compact 43. Guy on the end of the phone couldn't be bothered to discuss or offer any help other than to say send me the serial number (which I think was probably on a label behind the pan and inaccessible). I gave up with Saniflo and went to Trading Depot who were different again. Customer service person very helpful and said she was pretty sure that their product would fit (which it did) but if not just send it back for a full refund. The seat arrived the next day AND it was £20 cheaper than the Saniflo product. Saniflo needs to review its customer service and judging by other comments on here, I'm not the only one who thinks this
Saniflo will not honour their warranty
I purchased a Saniflo macerator four years ago, after the one before stopped working. I only bought it because of their five year warranty. There was an issue with it two years ago which they fixed under the warranty. It stopped working again and I made a warranty claim. This time, they refused to honour the warranty on the basis that it had not been fitted according to their specifications, but they will not provide details of the remedial work required. No mention of this when they came around the first time. I have given up on this rubbish company and their rubbish product. Better to but a cheaper product. I do not trust this company any more and felt it important to warn the public of my experience.
Their technical advice is terrible.
Their technical advice is terrible.
I’m a maintenance plumbing & heating engineer (25 years experience). You can purchase different brands and they are just as robust.
They have lost my custom for the sake of a £30 part👍🏻 I Previously advised customers to use their products and supplied and fitted well over 100 of their units. When it comes to parts it’s pointless asking advice from the tech team. Buy a cheaper alternative with good reviews.
