Do not trust this seller. Does not seem like a proper business.

I asked if it would be next day delivery, I was 12 minuets out of the 14.00 dead line but the man on the phone said it would be the day after. it took 4 days to turn up. we did stress it was a emergency replacement. The man on the phone was rude. We also ordered a 600 unit, when it came it was a 400 unit. we wouldn't have ordered a 400 unit as its an industrial unit toilet where it was to go. I haven't been in touch since as I saw your reviews.

Excellent delivery service been using this company for 5 years macerator's I have purchased are value for money not had any after sales experience.

AVOID THIS COMPANY macerator worked ok for 18 months then earth leakage tripped all my electrics . 3 year warranty a complete misnomer . Sent 4 e mails made a number of calls where false promises made then they just stopped answering my calls . Reporting trading standards . Shocking

Kit was good albeit fiddly, communication less so, sent 2 emails still no response, my plumber sorted the issue locally

The company did not deliver the Marcerator on the due date had to rush and get a new one from Screwfix and plumber charged me twice

Fake company and now awaiting for refund from them

Ordered on a Saturday am,advert saidnext day delivery,as this was an emergency we were pleased.didn't arrive till Tuesday which was disappointing.

Wrong item & bad communication by seller. Well before purchasing I rang the company up & then made my order, & was happy because they gave a 3 year warranty for free, but then I also paid for an extended 2 year warranty, but when the item arrived it wasn't the one I ordered so I called the company up who informed me that they would give me some money back & change the information on the warranty as it isn't valid for the macerator that they sent me. Well I've emailed them twice now, as I wanted to make sure there was a paper trail because they haven't given me any money back or changed the warranty (I couldn't even find the product on their website), so I'm really very angry as I thought I was dealing with a reputable family run company, but this was not to be, hence my review

Ripped off no macerator, no refund!

Ordered a macerator which was advertised as next day delivery. 4 days later there’s still no sign of the item and no email to say it’s been dispatched, only an order confirmation. I’ve emailed but been ignored. I called and was told that they would look into to it and get back to me but never did.

Customer service has been non existent, the same as the product.

I bought a macerator from this company. They promise a 3-year warranty, but our product broke after 1.5 years. I tried to get support from this company and wasted weeks and weeks of phone calls (they rarely answer) emails (they rarely respond) and in the end had no conclusion or help at all. I've now had to claim through my credit card to try and recoup some of the expense of getting a new macerator and it being fitted. AVOID BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY PROVIDE NO SUPPORT AND THE STATEMENTS ON THEIR WEBSITE ABOUT A 3YR GUARANTEE ARE SIMPLY A LIE!

Bought a Macerator that had a 3 year guarantee. It worked ok for a year and a half but then failed.

We contacted this company several times by phone, email and their own contact form. They didn't answer the phone or respond to any of our messages.

I have filed a refund dispute with my bank.

I will never use this company again.

They promise a 3-year warranty. My macerator broke after 2 years, and I went through weeks of chasing to get a return address, which was never sent. They just delayed and said it was another department's responsibility. I will forward your email on, but then nothing happened.

Don’t think they have any idea what they’re doing, the next day delivery is a complete myth, I received the Macerator after 2 days the toilet I was told I’d get on the Friday (a full 7 days after I’d ordered and paid) strange man answers the phone with just ‘hello’ then proceeds to talk utter rubbish, the email address you won’t get a reply from, I’ve had to go through my card supplier in order to get my refund, I wish I’d read the reviews on here but they’re very sneaky changing their website addresses in order to distance themselves from the negative reviews. There’s better Macerator units out there for the same money, seriously don’t bother with this scam company you will regret it.

Order toilet macerator kit for next day delivery if ordered by 2, ordered at midday, toilet arrived 2 days late, macerator arrived after a week, tried contacting customer services to no avail, tried emailing for any information as both was expected next day, poor customer service and misleading delivery times to gain your purchase.

After purchase and doing an online check, everyone has the same issues with this website.
