Awesome long-term service and support!

Sandmarc sent me a free replacement for my broken phone clip for the hybrid ND/PL filters that I bought years ago! I only asked if a universal clip would suffice but they offered to send me a replacement anyway. Wonderful service — the kind that retains loyal customers.

I got my new Sandmark iPhone

I got my new Sandmark iPhone, 15+ case yesterday in the mail and it is absolutely amazing. The quality of this case is far beyond any other cases that I have seen. You can tell that its design is far superior than any other case. I love it... I'm glad that I bought it.

Amazing Support team

Amazing Support team. Product quality is very high.
I have purchased about 6 - 7 lenses in the last year or so.

I am an avid photogrpher who transitioned from SonyA7 cameras to Iphone with Sandmarc lenses.

My experience is amazing and loving the innovations.
I did had an issue with one of the lens and I contacted support team who gladly resolve and making the best possible arrangement.

Keep up the innovations and great support ! I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a high quality lenses . won't dissapoint.

After 8 weeks finally my package

After 8 weeks finally my package, nothing I ordered is correct, completely different lens and case of iPhone 14 pro Max, and hey. The 14 pro, small 200 euros feather, and 80 euros Duane cost, and now I have nothing at all, this is really sad, and now they no longer respond to my mail so 280 euros scammed

Poor lens quality, even worse customer service

Watched all the YouTube videos and thought this would be a great purchase. It has not been. The case is very cheaply made and does not protect the phone. The lens does screw in securely, so it is not all bad. The lens is not much better than the native iPhone Pro Max lens. In fact if you try to zoom too far it just blacks out. Definitely not a lens for quick shots. Bought this lens for my wife for a special event. The frustration it caused was very special. Have written to customer service through their contact us link, no response. Tried email, no response. Going to have to get credit card company involved. Suggest using a different lens/company. I guess any company that does not offer phone support should be seconded guessed before buying.

1st class service sort my mistake

I had accidentally ordered the wrong product. As soon as I realised I contacted Sandmarc help team. They didn’t fuss and sent me a new case straight away which arrived in 6 days which was first class bearing in mind they are in Western USA and I am in Eastern UK. They were prompt with replies and giving me a tracking. Really FIRST CLASS service

Superior quality and service

So I have all of the SANDMARC glass with the exception of the 1.55 anamorphic which I do plan of getting in the near future. I also use most of the filters I also have to Pro Case for the 14 Pro Max. The quality of the the glass filter is outstanding. I really enjoy the fact that the lenses screw onto the case and the filters screw onto the lenses. I think it is a brilliant concept. So the Mount on my case somehow became loose. I had not had it very long. But thank to SANDMARC’s awesome customer service, when I let them know, they promptly sent me a new case. I would gladly recommend SANDMARC to anyone looking to use their iPhone for photography and/or video. Thank you again SANDMARC!!!

Highly Recommend!

I have ordered several of SANDMARC’s products and I have been more than pleased with the quality. But more importantly than that, their customer service is excellent. When a lanyard on one of my cases broke, they happily sent me a free (and more durable) replacement!

Excellent products and customer service!

We ordered an iPhone Telephoto Lens kit and had an issue with the lens mount on the iPhone case. Sandmarc was happy to send a replacement case at no charge. Sandmarc’s customer service is conducted via email and they did a great job in promptly responding to our inquiries and assisting us! Thanks Sandmarc!

Customer service is bad

Customer service is bad . I bought it for work and had it sent to my company / work of place . I emailed them stating I never received my package and the tracking stated it was left outside which we are a one standing building surrounded by retail and other business . Who leaves a package outside in this situation ? Well I emailed and their response was to check with usps and kindly ask my neighbors and make sure it was not dropped off at other houses? Clearly they did not read the email nor were willing to help.

AMAZING Customer Service

The folks at Sandmarc provide AMAZINGLY responsive customer service! I ordered a lens and case for a gift, and inadvertently ordered the wrong item. The representative answered my plea for help on a weekend and the issue was quickly resolved. I'm a small business owner, and cherish other businesses who provide personal, quick and effective customer service. The lens and case are well-made and take great photos! Thank you again!

Have sendt them 3 email, not 1 response!
Bought tele lense, and leather case, to my Iphone 14 pro max, have tryed every single tips online. My phone zooms inn more without it. Love the leather case, but when you screw the lense on, it pushes the phone out of the case. Also I live in Norway, tax/fees was $70 on top of what I paid. And I splurged on express shipping, did a lot of research online, before I ordered, am disable, and this is not cheap for my inncomme. But I live beside a lake, where eagles are daily, and a deer family have moved into a three cluster right in front of us. And I wanted to be able to get good close ups. Turned out this was a really bad experience, maybe because I’m from another country🤷🏼‍♀️ But I strongly advice people from buying this if they have Iphone 14 Pro Max

I recently buy the telephoto lens. The focus was blurred. I wrote them and I receive a new lens that is perfect. Excellent service et I love the product. I really recommend sandmarc pour theirs products et service.
