I usually don’t write reviews, unless I really feel grateful about my experience. I made a mistake when I ordered one of sandmarc lens kits and got the wrong case. I reached out to them and they responded very quickly with not a ‘why’ or ‘how to return and replace your case but a ‘no problem, we will send another out immediately.’ This meant a lot,- no haggle no issues. The glass is really good and with the favorable experience I will consider myself loyal to sandmarc.
Sandmarc Customer Service Great for Smartphone Filmmakers
Sandmarc Customer Service is a cut above any SmartPhone Filmmaking Gear Supplier as they answer your questions, requests for info, whatever and often the same day! If not within 24 hours! Additionally, Sandmarc products are extremely well made! I recently purchased their Hybrid Filters, which are a combination ND filter and a Polarizing Filter! Very well made! Also I asked if by chance they had any of their cases for my iPhone SE 2020 and they just up and sent me one - free of charge! Give them a try - you won't regret it!

Sandmark series 2 Apple Watch band
Sandmark I love my series 2 Apple Watch band. It’s well made easy to fit to your individual sized wrist. It’s usable in all conditions including rain etc. I would not hesitate buying this product again!
Beware! Once they have your money you’ll never see your order.
I wanted the perfect Christmas gift for my husband, who had just gotten an Apple Ultra watch. This place advertised that I could order a grade 5 Titanium band for the Ultra watch on November 1, and it would arrive by the end of November. I paid the over $350 on November 1. The end of November came and went without a word, and without the band. I began getting concerned, as it was important to arrive by Christmas. I emailed my concerns, several times, and was told there was a minor delay, but they promised it should arrive by the first week in December. Then it was the 2nd week, then the 3rd. Then a week before Christmas, I received a email saying that there was another delay, and the grade 5 band wouldn’t arrive until January. I was given the choice to choose a grade 4 titanium band, which they claimed was in stock, or wait for the original order. Immediately after receiving the email I wrote back, as instructed, to say that it must arrive before Christmas, so I would settle for the grade 4 band. I was assured it was be sent right out. I got no notification or tracking number for the shipping, so a few days later, after my emails went unanswered, I drilled into their website to find the order. I found they supposedly shipped it, and the tracking was through “Shop”. It told me it would be delivered a couple of days before Christmas. When that day arrived, the tracking app said it had been delivered, but it had not…and I was home all day. I wrote again, outraged at the treatment I was receiving, and told them that unless they immediately overnighted it to me, I would contest the credit card charge and demanded a full refund. I didn’t hear back until Christmas Eve, when I got a notification that a label had only just then been created. The band was now scheduled to arrive days AFTER Christmas. Consequently, it will be a very one-sided Christmas; and I would never, ever order from this shoddy excuse for a company again. I ordered and paid for it TWO MONTHS AGO! This is literally criminal. Don’t waste your money or trust as I did. This is at best an irresponsible enterprise.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. They put false information on the shipping and customs declaration resulting in customs charging me an additional $200 above what it should have been. SANDMARC didn’t try to help fix their error and won’t reply to my emails about it. Don’t waste your money with them.

Missing items / weird customer service miscommunication / con?
I ordered nearly £700 worth of goods, due for delivery start of December as some bits were a pre-order. I reached out to them and asked them NOT to part-ship because of customs charges.
Almost 3 weeks later, they part-shipped the order because they could not guarantee the in-stock items would be available when the rest of the order was. The issue is, I've now paid customs fees on the full amount of the order. I also have an email from them saying "order despatched", not that it was PART of the order.
When I checked the order I was missing the anamorphic lens and the filters (which is when I reached out to them). I asked for an approximate date, I asked whether they'd be shipping it as "duties paid" and received another reply today stating:
"We can see from the tracking this was delivered yesterday" which is exactly what I am talking about! They have marked the whole order as complete so, of course, when you track it - it DOES show as delivered even though bits are missing (value of around 239). They offered me 10% credit which doesn't even cover the cost of the second customs bill IF the missing items are ever sent.
As for what I did receive:
The tripod is very obviously second-hand with a smashed up box and marks on the tripod. I am guessing this was returned given the spirit level doesn't work on it.
The slider is an incredibly cheap product and not worth much even as a pay-weight. The other bits were of decent quality though.
I will come back and amend this review if the issues are fixed:
1. Missing items sent ASAP
2. Duties paid or full amount refunded for the second delivery
At the moment I'm not confident, hence the review and fact that, in 24 hours, I will be starting a chargeback with the credit card company for the full amount of missing items.
UPDATE: The next delivery is on its way to me, tracked via FED-EX. The company has offered to refund me the costs incurred for additional postage duties but since gone silent (is the weekend so we will see). The additional costs were £68 on top of £149 already paid (which was for total value of my order).
All they had to do was post it "duties paid".
Fingers crossed for the refund and they're true to their word but weird how all this is now moving to getting sorted only after a one star review was put in place.

I have not received my Telephoto 6x lens
I ordered a Telephoto 6x lens - iPhone 14 Pro Max on 11/22/2024 and have still not received it as of 12/16/2024. I’ve contacted them by email and have not received answers to simple questions regarding shipping alternatives like UPS or FedEx. The responses never answer any direct questions as if there is no human reading or responding to my emails. I cannot get a ship date, it seems to give an auto response to all emails, with no specifics about when I’m going to receive my order. I’m very disappointed with customer service for not responding to specific questions, this whole process has been extremely frustrating.

Some initial service issues have now been resolved
At first I had a difficult experience with Sandmarc's customer support. There were a lot of delays and poor communication.
However, they did take steps to resolve the problem including a shipment refund, so I have updated my review to reflect this.
So far I'm happy with the products I've received, and I've been assured that if there are any issues they will be quickly resolved.

10/10 Microscope lens and customer service
The customer service was very responsive right away by email. Love that! I also love the iPhone 15 pro max Microscope lens. It’s definitely worth every dime and I have not seen a camera lens like this, honestly. I literally recorded and could see my finger tip produce a single drop of sweat. Bad customer service
Bad customer service! I had to return an unused item and I've contacted the company multiple times to get return instructions, which isn't provided on their website. (This lack of transparency alone is a red flag.) Each response from them was short with a question asking why I wanted to initiate a return. Three emails in and I still have no answers on returns! It seems they're stalling so you'd miss their return window. I will never recommend anyone to shop at this store. Customer service cannot be understated in this day and age.
