Works okay. Not cheap. Not a huge difference after use.

Unlike many reviews I have to disagree regarding customer service … I absolutely love Sand and Sky products starting from a pink clay mask and ending up trying different products that really suits my skin 😊 Recently I have also decided to try marshmallow toner and it’s great ! As I mentioned above in my case customer service was quick to respond and solve the issue after the pump of my serum broke… I been asked for a batch number and they quickly issued the replacement 😊thank you !

Got sucked in to the brand insta ads and gave deep pore cleanser and pink clay mask a go. Yes it has firmed up by skin and pores however skin didn’t look any different, went back to the same next day! few spots broke out aswell.
Packaging arrived in 2 broken boxes however products are fine.
It’s over priced, but as it looked good I thought ok I’ll treat myself. Times are hard financially for everyone, I made a huge mistake ordering these. Sand and sky are robbing people.

Absolutely gross company. Don't try and resell anything you might end up with too many of from a beauty box or can't use yourself - They have a habit of reporting anyone one eBay as selling counterfeit products, without even trying to check if that is true.

Imagine thinking a handful of small eBay listings are a huge threat to your global brand.... How about trying to contact people first, instead of accusing individual (EX) customers of committing fraud just because you are too lazy to authenticate?.Making baseless claims about counterfeit items because you can get away with it is not a good look.

Myself and several other sellers and small businesses that have had this same experience with you recently, have vowed we will all make clear to our customers what bully's you are. Still, losing all those customers is definitely worth it for the benefit of cancelling a few people's auctions just because you can, right?

shocking service from Sadie - asked things multiple times that she just wouldn't answer. Took almost an hour on Live Chat basically repeating myself, as she just didn't read/answer what I was saying from the start of the conversation. First time using this company and not off to a great start! Based on the customer service I experienced, I would stay clear of this company - as it isn't reassuring if you get order issues like I have! (Yodel losing my order)!

I love the pink clay mask, it's become a must in my skin routine, I even travel with it. Nothing else cleans my skin in the same way. The other products not so great however, feels like they are riding the success of the clay mask. My only gripe is that they fill the tubs to look like they are generous, but there's a huge gaping air hole in the middle (this has been the case with about 10 tubs that I've purchased). There's really no need to deceive consumers like this.

I had high hopes for the glow serum, drops and mask. The price suggested products of the higher end range. The flasks look pretty in design and colour, however I did not find the effect quite as promising. I will go back to Icelandic Bio Effect serum which - yes - is even more expensive but giving me long term glow and improved skin.

I am one week in and the deep cleaner and hydration cream is amazing. Not only for my skin but my beard. The colour is more bolder and really hydrates the beard and skin. Thank tou for making a 34 year old guy, feeling fresh and clear. Also I will be tagging you in future videos.

Lovely products! My favourites are the clay mask and the Tasmanian moisturiser that I use everyday and has really changed my skin for the better and works well for my sensitive skin. It can be a bit expensive but then again, you’re paying for a premium product, so I do think it’s worth the price, plus have great offers on their website. I’ve been using Sand and Sky for nearly a year now and I’m not going to stop anytime soon.

So disappointed with this company, they first lost my order then they took ages to send a new one out to me and couldn’t provide tracking information and said I’d be compensated with an extra cleansing kit which never came, I’ve been waiting for a while now for someone to “see what they can do” not ordering from this company again and won’t be recommending as the amount you get in their products are absolutely tiny as well!

Thought that this was really going to work, considering how expensive it is. Seriously a waste of money, it gave me red blotches and a rash all over my face.

I finally gave in and bought their mask after months of trying to choose between them and Alya skin.
I don’t have sensitive skin and not prone to breakouts. After using their mask my whole chin and forehead was covered in red, painful spots that took weeks to recover from.
The scarring is still there and probably will be for the rest of my life.

Worst. effing. Mask. Ever.
Please save your money and don’t order from them.

Excellent product my skin has never looked and felt so good. It’s worth the price I have tried so so many skin care products this is by far my favourite and will be buying more!

After all the hype I bought several products. I tried them out for about a week and didn’t like them so I contacted customer service and they gave me the run around saying I needed to try it longer. Like no I just want my money back, come find out THEY DO NOT REFUND MONEY AND DONT ACCEPT RETURNS!!! So now I have a bunch of products that I will be throwing in the trash I wish I would of looked into this more. Save your money!!!

The pink clay and purple emu masks are my favourites. The ingredient lists are understandable, means natural, and I am so happy they haven’t made any changes to the formula since the first launch. The customer service is top notch, not only they always reply with a solution, but do their best to make clients happy.

I switch up my skincare serums every once in a while as I inevitably get bored of the same routine day in day out. I ordered their splash serum and the emu apple serums and I am in love. When I feel my skin needs deep nourishment and hydration I'll use the splash serum and when I'm aiming for a nice healthy glow I\ll use the emu apple. I agree the products are a little pricey but the quality is lovely and they do last well. Also Sand and Sky are more often than not offering a discount code and free shipping. Definitely recommend trying these!

I never received my order and the only solution this company provides is to wait and wait. After a few days they gave me my money back but as a customer I did not feel heard. it is also very difficult to communicate with them and they do not have telephone numbers or more modern ways of communicating. So no go for me.

Bad delivery and service…. I don’t liked at all.

I love this brand of skin care, the items are a little pricey but they are so worth it. Recently I had an incident where my parcel had claimed to be delivered which wasn’t, when contacting Sand & Sky customer service team and explaining the situation, they were more than happy to assist me with this and sent me a brand new shipment of what I had originally ordered for free. The customer service I received was excellent, they dealt with it straight away and I received my good a couple of days later and I couldn’t be more happier with them. I highly recommend this brand, the products are beautiful and luxurious and are one of my favourite brands of skin care at the moment, plus their customer service team are excellent at replying to any emails or queries you may have. I am very satisfied and will definitely be buying from here again!
