I own a Provence portable gas heater for some years now.However the burner unit was at the end of its time with the mesh was burnt at the bottom of the burner. I could not afford to purchase a new heater. I looked around on the web to see if I could get a new burner unit and discovered Sahara BBQs had complete replacement units. I looked at their video on line on how to remove and install a new burner. I ordered a new burner unit which arrived inside the stated time, well packed in a sturdy cardboard box. I have just installed the burner unit and I am well pleased as it was so easy to remove the old unit and install the new unit. Any one could install this unit, I did and i'm 76 years old.

Order replacement heat reflector for the patio heater after it had fallen over in a storm. Also ordered new rain cover as the old one ripped. Would give four stars but thought it strange the heat reflector came without any screws and was luckily able to reuse them from the old reflector. Other than that products were good and delivered quickly.

Having bought a Provence calor gas fire some years ago that developed a fault,I had some difficulty in locating the manufacturers, but once I found Sahara BBQs I found them to be very efficient and helpful.

Bought a new firing mechanism and coals.. arrived in a few days.The lady on the phone was very helpful.Expensive but worth it.

We have had a Sahara X475 BBQ for couple of years now but the cover that went with it was 2 separate ones & didn't fit properly.
The new custom fit one is great, covers both BBQ & trolley together, no flapping covers anymore.

Ordered a new thermocouple for my Provence Calor gas heater.
The lady on the phone advised me as to what exactly I needed and sent me a link to a guide to replacing the unit.
Arrived by Parcel Force and fire is now up and running

I had the BBQ already and originally had an extra large cover as that was all the shop I bought the BBQ from had, that lasted three seasons so I went online to get a replacement and Sahara custom fit for my BBQ which I purchased, bit more expensive but perfect for the winter as its a snug fit over the two side pieces so won't fly off like the original one I had. Great piece of engineering in the design and keeps everything dry and protected from the elements

I already had the Barbecue, couldn’t get the cover or accessories from local stores, went on line and found all these treasures. Delivered quick and very reasonable prices.

Bought my Sahara Mini-bbq from Outstyle Mount Usher Gardens. The staff are so helpful and they stock a lot of Sahara Barbecues which are also a local company .Love my Mini BBQ .

I ordered Sahara X450 BBQ and it was delivered with in a reasonable time. It would be good to get more updates on the delivery. Unfortunately, there were a couple of faulty bolts, but the Customer team at Sahara were prompt and helpful to resolve my issues. No problem with that, it's only the weather. I wish I could spend more time out cooking. Highly recommend the BBQ as it works really well, looks and feels premium.

Compared Sahara with competition and decided on Sahara X450. Very happy with their service, quality of product and performance of product. Even heat distribution & good controls to adjust output. I'm very happy with my Sahara X450 and would highly recommend this Barbecue. The cover is excellent also.

Bought Sahara Rapid Assembly Plus Gas BBQ from Dobbies, reduced from £169 to £135. Pretty rapid assembly, my own 'skills' slowed the process - wheels put on diagonal legs rather than two on one side !!!! .. This looks good and works really well, easy to move into shed for storage. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

Fast, efficient delivery of BBQ spare parts

My second refurb of a Provence portable gas heater. After renewing one for my log cabin last year, I bought another heater 2nd hand which wasn't working. Because of my previous success, I knew that ordering a replacement heat chamber from Sahara would do the trick. And it has! After a speedy delivery of only 3 days, I was able to fit this and turn the old heater into a new one, for less than 1/2 the price. Magic, just like Aladdin's lamp😁

€600 BBQ could be more quality of the construction. Metal bends easy. Magnet on doors doesn't work after one year. Today people can buy same thing for half price somewhere else.

Excellent quality and very clear & easy assembly instructions. Easy to use and maintain and clean. We use a number of time ever week.
