What customer service?!?!
Ordered a pair and received a tracking number a few days after, checked tracking number a few days after that to find it saying delivered, I was in all day and no one knocked, I even got my normal post through the door, all their customer service keep replying with is rm shows it delivered, and can you talk to your postman! They won't even contact rm to see where driver allegedly delivered or left the item! Very poor customer service

Avoid this company
Take caution with this company! I bought the shoes via their add on the Facebook, but they were too big and too heavy. I sent the shoes back but did not get my refund. Their customer service was non existing. All my emails were just ignored. All my reviews on their Facebook were immediately deleted by them! Only after putting the review on the trustpilot and threatening with Trading Standards they eventually contacted me and refunded the money.
