Confetti - low quality rug
I bought the confetti rug for my son's bedroom 18 months ago. I love it at first but it hasn't stood the rest of time. Within 9 months the tassels on the edge of the rug started to unravel. Rugvista wouldn't send a replacement but did suggest I use glue to sort the issue. They have since nearly all unravelled, I use hair bobbles to keep them plaited. 18 months on the rug is looking rather worse for wear, the pile has flattened, as mentioned a above most of the tassels unravelled and it doesn't feel fluffy and soft anymore. The point of this review is if your looking for a quality rug that will last a few years (which at this price point I would expect) don't choose the confetti rug. Beautiful when I first bought it but hasn't lasted.

Delivery with FedEx abysmal
Edit: It took a public review for them to reply! Funny they offer me to contact them directly when I had done that previously- but was left without support or a reply!!
Delivery with FedEx abysmal! They can’t give you a time window except „delivery before 10 PM“, plus changed the delivery day several times. When I contacted customer service they were clueless- told me my rug had been delivered on 8.11. - actual delivery was 24.11.25. To my surprise it was folded (not rolled up) in a plastic bag. A bit odd. Will not buy again!

Sadly not worth the price
The team were professional but I spent just under £2,000 on three rugs from RugVista and wanted to wait a few months before reviewing to see how they wore. unfortunately, after 4 months they already look dull and tired. Even though they’re described as wool, the fibres trap dust easily and flatten fast. I live alone, so they’ve had very little use, they look older than they should. They’re lovely at first glance, but not suitable for everyday living. Disappointing quality for the price, and I wish I’d researched more before buying. The team asked me to connect with them so hoping I can freshen the rugs.

I bought 2 rugs from here at a very good price point. Shipping was quick, especially considering the distance. Unfortunately neither suited my space, so despite being very nice and of high quality I needed to return them. The return was seamless, and free - which I feel a bit guilty about as the company will have no doubt incurred a fair bit of expense sending my order and then taking it back from me. Overall the process was excellent, and nothing less than 5 star in terms of ordering, product quality, ease of returning, speed of refund etc. So despite not keeping the rugs, I'd encourage anyone thinking of buying from here to go ahead! Clearly a good business.
