The VP of program sales (R. Turnage) was abusive to his ex wife and step child for many years and has a really bad temper unfortunately. His brother and father are also known for their bad tempers and influences on the community. I would go with another supplier if possible.
Horrible
Horrible. CVS specialty used them to deliver my package. The package is not able to be tracked. It’s CVS fault for using a company that does not have a good track record for deliveries. I would stay away from CVS specialty because they lack empathy and compassion for people. Which is what healthcare requires. However, the company should be able to give you an ETA and they don’t. To avoid them, avoid CVS Specialty. I’m saving you lots of trouble.

I ordered some products from a company with good reviews, but apparently they used RR Donnelley to ship my package. Inexplicably a second incorrect address appeared in the tracking the day of delivery, and both the correct address and erroneous one both were listed as "successfully delivered". Not only do I not have the package, but the tracking suggests that it was delivered on the same day at 2:38pm in Argentina, despite it arriving at 7 am in BC, and allegedly being "successfully delivered at 7:45 pm in BC, Canada. None of this makes any sense as the times seem to have been picked at random. The package arriving in my city in the am and being delivered to my Canadian address in the pm, makes sense, but how does it travel back in time, to simultaneously arrive at an address in Argentina? I called the number provided for RR Donnelley and instead of customer service, I got a man who claimed to think I was customer service erroneously calling him...
worst experience ever- RRD sucks avoid at all costs
I ordered a gift for my wife. Within 2 days of order it said picked up and in transit. More than 25 days past with no update to item picked up. Now the carrier says it was never delivered to them at service hub.
To me that reeks at best of incompetence, either a package is picked up or it is not, and at worst it is theft.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
My mum ordered me something off of fashionova for my birthday, I have received NO updates and all of a sudden I check Ans it says it was delivered two weeks ago, I didn’t get the package no one that lives near me saw someone being it or any package and the update actually says that the person delivering it SPOKE to my mum on intercoms and then GAVE the package to her.. so upset and disappointed never ever will I order from them again, this is the worst shopper I have ever dealt with!!
Avoid them as much as you can
On 12/9 I ordered a product from a shop that uses them for international shipping, useless to say that the delivery took an absurd amount of time to be handled to the last mile courier, in fact, that happened two days ago and in the meantime, the shop customer care couldn't give me any meaningful information because even they didn't know where the parcel was.
Avoid RRD as much as you can.

It’s been a month now and I still have not received my package. My expected delivery date was supposed to be early last week. They don’t answer their phones and there hasn’t been a shipping update in over a week. So unreliable, please avoid using this service if possible.

Packages never arrive
Tell you your package has been shipped and nothing after that. Stuck only God knows where. No method of contacting the courier and any emails to their main website must get deleted as they never respond. Avoid at all costs!

This company are so bad that I'm almost convinced that they're a scam company.
Multiple parcels from different sellers/companies now all lost by RR Donnelly. They'll promptly mark the item as dispatched on their tracking and then... they're gone forever, never to be seen again.
I must stress that this is not off of the back one bad experience, this has happened three separate times now (the only three times that I've had a seller or company use them).
Avoid this company at all costs. I for one will no longer be buying items from any company or person who uses RR Donnelley from now on.

I have orders a lot of items from Neca toys in the US who use RRD to deliver and the last 2 items have apparently been delivered. I was in all day both times and nothing had shown up!! I’m out of pocket well over £100 and pissed of at the poor service.
Business owners, do not rely on delivery
As a small business owner, we have had many issues with parts being delivered in the US from our location in the US. It was blamed on the third party carriers that I was told we picked ourselves and that they were the slower not good carriers. Not sure why they use third party carriers if they don't stand by them.
Unreliable
Unreliable. Ordem a small piece from US and after more than one month it was still in Chigado, where it remais from more than 2 weeks.
Poor since Covid pandemic
Since June 2020, 4 orders of books from US to NZ have failed to arrive after over 60 business days.
I have had similar experience with Asendia during this time period.
Prior to COVID, service was much more reliable, with orders from same book seller arriving within 30 business days
Do not expect your parcel to arrive
I ordered a book from the US to Australia. It has been in transit for 80 days and counting. No updates at all. The estimated shipping time was 21-36 days.
I can understand delays especially given the current COVID-19 disruptions. However, I have ordered other items from the US and the UK since and they have all arrived within the estimated time. To add insult to injury, RRD's customer service is completely non-existent. Over the past 6 weeks, I have tried to contact them 4 times via their online form. They have NEVER responded. I have also tried to call the US number on their website; it disconnects immediately. Seems like other reviewers here have also had the same experience.
I will definitely never order anything shipped by RRD again. I strongly advise anyone reading to do the same.
