Disguting
Awful contacting, i need wait 2 days till response,(sometimes they don't even response) then i have been bought cylinder and after month they say they don't have in stock. I think i don't even get my money back, disguting website, i don't understand anything and text is very small. would be much better review if they would say earlier about cylinder

Faulty product replaced
Bought an Ipone Road Chain Pack on the 20th of March. The chain brush included in the pack came faulty. There was some miscommunication, but they end up replacing it. Will be buying again.

You have ordered a SIMONINI crankshaft reference 80032. You have confirmed to us that the reference received is indeed the reference 80032. We ask you to return the crankshaft so that we can confirm this. Upon receipt of this if the product does not correspond to this reference then the refund or change of the product will be made.
It is then normal for the return costs to be reimbursed to you. But for that we need the return of the product. Don't forget to put the return invoice in the package.

Vous avez commandé un vilebrequin SIMONINI référence 80032. Vous nous avez confirmé que la référence reçus est bien la référence 80032. Nous vous demandons le renvoi du vilebrequin pour que nous puissions confirmer cela. Dès reception de celui ci si le produit ne correspond pas a cette référence alors le remboursement ou le changement du produit sera fait.
Il est alors normal que les frais de retour vous soit remboursé. Mais pour cela nous avons besoin du retour du produit. N'oubliez pas de mettre la facture du retour dans le colis.
