Worst customer service and false delivery times
The customer service of this company is beyond useless and their delivery times are nothing but lies.
I ordered an in-stock product from their webshop with a 1 workday delivery time. It's been 10 days so far and I still did not even receive a track and trace code.
When calling them for the second time, they always use the same excuse being that they can not check the status. They promised twice to check internally and keep you up to date, however 0 updates are given.
Stay very far away from this illegitimate webshop!
Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, popped in to see if I could purchase a replacement Cardo microphone which failed while on tour. Marcus(?) sourced a lose mic and while we looked around the store, he installed the mic, cleaned and disinfected my helmet and wouldn't accept payment.

Scammers?
Never again. I ordered a jacket from this company. Before placing the order, I contacted customer service to confirm that the jacket was in stock. They assured me that it was available for immediate delivery.
I placed the order, and at that point, I was promised that the package would be shipped the next day. Three days passed without any updates, and then I received an email stating that they would ship the jacket as soon as they got it in stock. I immediately replied to this message to ask for clarification, but the company has not responded.
Now, eight days have passed, and the package has still not been shipped. Meanwhile, their online store continues to promise next-day delivery for new orders.
I will never order from these scammers again.
Experience in actual store and webshop
I bought both in their actual store and in the webshop. Always deliver as indicated, although I had to wait on my last Shoei helmet longer as expected. The customer service at the store installed my headset into the helmet without any problems. They didn't even checked if I bought it from them ... although they might have recognized me ;-)
