They delivery driver have the audacity to lie openly taking people for fool!!! they don't even bother to get to your address but still write down on your messages “nobody in “ “address no found” “no access” the last time it happened I had to run out leaving my toddlers home and I find him getting back to he’s van and when I ask him what this message was he couldn’t even reply to me as he was in shock that I did run after him to retrieve my parcel and he’s excuse was he have to many packages when he looked at he’s front seat my parcel was there so he didn’t bother to get to my door !!!! Call Royal Mail many time after 25/35mins wait for them to tell you the same BS the don’t care really !!!
I would give 0 if possible
I would give 0 if possible, do not use Royal mail. Shipped an item worth 50£ with shipping costed £20, package is lost, when trying to call you are in queue for 1h with no answer and nobody is answering their own claim form online or emails. So disappointing
Horrible company!
Horrible company!
I would give them every day a 0 sta r review if possible. They lost so many of my packages in the last 2 weeks . They not taking responsibility for nothing, should be closed, so many bad review.
This has got to be the worst customer…
This has got to be the worst customer service in the world. My son should have received a parcel for his birthday. Because we work they couldnt. No card, the sender informed us. We set for it to be delivered to a neighbor the next working day - Monday. They didn't. At least we got a card this time though. We then tried to have it delivered to the local Post Office two days later. They didn't - another card though. Now we don't have a re delivery option because they've tried twice - not to where we asked though. There's a big tick on 'Please contact us' Yep, tried that. Can't even put a complaint in online as it's asking for the delivery date; apparently this cannot be a date in the future.
I called - 60 minute wait time. The frequently asked questions... nobody has EVER asked any of those questions!
I'll see if I can get out of work early tomorrow to try to collect. I'm not expecting to be successful - but at least I won't be disappointed.
An absolute sh*t show
An absolute sh*t show! I paid for next day delivery and specified preferences to deliver if I was out. A complete waste of time! After 3 attempts while I was at work, I tried to change preferences to have the parcel delivered to my local post office to pick up, but the website wouldn't take the change. I'm now sitting at home waiting for the 4th attempt at delivery, and the time is changing every 10 mins, later and later. I've been less than 5 stops away for the past 2 hours, and on the map, the 'van' hasn't moved! I've wasted my afternoon off, AND missed the 5pm last delivery at the post office, where I needed to post items. It's a shambles. How it's still called the 'Royal Mail' is beyond me. EDIT: It's now 11.11pm, and the 'live tracking' is still showing that it's coming today!! I've wasted an entire day, and there isn't even anywhere you can complain, as any attempt sends you on a catch22 run-around of clicking on various links just to bring you back to the beginning. Like I said, a sh*t show!
Dangerous driver in KS12 OJZ in…
Dangerous driver in KS12 OJZ in Polegate today at 3.55pm. Couldn’t be bothered to wait two seconds to allow me to pull out so I could see the road safely. He came flying down a residential road, and instead of just slowing me to pull out he decided to squeeze past my van and the parked cars, all to stop at the junction. My van had both my daughters in it as I had just picked them up from Polegate school so I don’t appreciate dangerous processional drivers forcing their way at me! Next time stop and we’re have a chat about it
Don’t use royal mail they are not royal…
Don’t use royal mail they are not royal but thieves!2 deliveries one missing saying both delivered
Delays, delays, false claims of delivery, but no parcel received.
Items ordered on Amazon on 3 July for next day delivery. Never arrived on 4 July. On 5 July, Royal Mail tracking, stated they were waiting receipt, but there was a tracking number. 6 July stated it was at their Scottish Delivery Hub, but had instructions not to deliver until 7 July? Waited for delivery on 7 July, but no delivery. Checked Amazon site and it stated parcel was lost. Then received 2 emails from Royal Mail, first at 9.30am stating that package delivered at 9.27, then another at 9.34am stating that it was out for delivery. No package was received. We were at home and our neighbour of over 40 years was painting his front gate from 9 - 10am and no deliveries were made to any of the 4 adjacent houses. Proof of delivery was a round squiggle.
Yet another delivery problem
Yet another delivery problem, should have been delivered today, they have it but have made up some excuse stating that they have been informed to delay delivery for today, absolute rubbish i am waiting for this delivery, they are the worst parcel service i have ever known.
First Class Signed For is absolutely…
First Class Signed For is absolutely diabolical. Doesn't reach destination for days. Not even 3 days. Moortown Delivery Office in Leeds LS17 is an absolute disgrace. Storing up letters and delivering in bulk. Important letters held onto for days and not delivered. It's shocking that they get away with this. What's the Area Manager doing? Nothing it seems. Either deliver what your customers pay for in the timeline you promise or remove the service and just have Next Day Guaranteed.
They never deliver on time always…
They never deliver on time always excuses, you pay for premium post they send email for delivery time slot and are always hours or days late , absolute garbage company,
Awful company,
Awful company,
Tried delivering some parcels to my address and the courier didn’t even buzz to my apartment just claimed it was inaccessible and left.
When trying to phone to get answers long wait times and confusing complaints procedure.
I needed these items and paid for the delivery and still doesn’t arrive on time all because of lazy couriers and poor service team.
Not even worth one star
Not even worth one star. My Irish passport was sent from Dublin and made it all the way to my local delivery office. However, Royal Mail miss scanned it, marked as delivered and then returned to sender. I have tried contacting them to stop it being returned back to Ireland and it takes 3 working days to investigate my complaint. In the meantime my passport is now being returned to Ireland and all Royal Mail can say is they are not allowed to intercept post and cannot retrieve it. BUT they can falsely mark as delivered to hit their target. It makes no sense at all. Royal Mail advised I couldn’t claim compensation as it was only insured for £50 apparently from the Irish passport postal service and the Irish passport office would have to make the claim. The stress this has caused is unbelievable and all due to a lazy post worker missing a delivery target and thinking oh I will return to sender!!! Royal Mail should have the Royal removed and is no longer fit for purpose. Still awaiting a response from Royal Mail and they don’t seem too bothered that they have ruined my holiday plans.
Appalling and Deceitful Service from Royal Mail.
We have paid for an item to be delivered today!
We have received an email from Royal Mail saying that they are complying with a request not to deliver our item today and that it will be delivered tomorrow...the thing is...WE HAVE NOT SENT A REQUEST TO DELAY THE DELIVERY!!
This is Royal Mail being deceitful in claiming it is what we requested so the poor service is not going against them!!
Royal Mail is becoming a permanent joke...we sent a Birthday card to my sister...it was 2nd. Class, it took Ten days to arrive which was three days AFTER her birthday!
Once again waited it for delivery…
Once again waited it for delivery between 9.15-1.30pm on my day off.
Once again Royal Mail never delivered.
Crap service - crap company.
Their delivery times are an absolute joke.
Tracked delivery to the wrong address
Tracked delivery, didn't come the day they said it would and when it did come they delivered it to the wrong address...they are absolute dog poo
Fantastic service from Omar
This is the first time I've ever left a review for Royal Mail, and it's because I've finally moved to an area where the delivery driver genuinely goes above and beyond. I'm based in the Feltham area (Haworth), and Omar has been delivering my parcels for the past year.
He always rings the doorbell or knocks loudly enough for me to hear him, and he doesn't just walk away after a few seconds; he waits to make sure someone answers before leaving. If I'm not home, he actually leaves a calling card through my letterbox letting me know where my parcel has been left.
I genuinely feel at ease whenever I know Royal Mail is handling my delivery because I know Omar will make the effort to ensure I receive my parcel safely. I know this is part of the job, but you'd be surprised how many delivery drivers I've had in the past who don't even do the bare minimum; they leave without knocking properly or dump parcels anywhere, sometimes damaging the contents.
Omar is consistently polite, reliable, and takes pride in what he does. If Royal Mail had more people like him, I honestly think its ratings and customer satisfaction would improve tremendously. Thank you, Omar, for your excellent service!
for 2 years i have had nothing but…
