5 days for 24 hour delivery

I get medication delivered to me as I'm unable to leave the house. Their only option is royal mail 24 signed.

It has NEVER arrived by 1pm next day. I'm writing this now, waiting 5 days and counting. For medication. For a delivery service guaranteed by 1pm next day.

No way to complain on the website, when I talk to the retailer they tell me it's royal mail and there's nothing they can do.

No alternative options, no way to get my money back.

Service is ENTIRELY unfit for purpose, I've now gone 2 days without any medication at all, and have no way of knowing when it will come as tracking just says 'we'll deliver tomorrow' as it has been for the last 3 days.

No idea why companies don't use DPD or literally ANY other courier service. Royal Mail supposed to hit a target of 93% of 1st class mail delivered, yet in the last 12 months has only hit 73%. Keep getting fined but it's private, so fines are a drop in the water compared to the profits this company makes.

The whole company needs to be dissolved, it's a circus and it's leadership are clowns, a pathetic joke.

Have order a large number of items…

Have order a large number of items recently and over 60% have been delivered late, 3 items where damaged one costing £200 and an item stated as delivered but was not. Likely delivered elsewhere.
I pay good money for these deliveries and they are becoming worse than any courier/postage service out there.
What is happening to them.

Is they a way to report someone does…

Is they a way to report someone does not live at this address anymore. This is 3rd month been here and I am still getting the previous person's mail.

This is just dumb and I ain't dealing with they mail anymore and putting it in as paper waste bin. Than having to post it into a mail box. For they don't live here. Maybe check prison, for them. Because if they have not updated they address by now. They either hiding or been sent to prison? Since left child support stuff in loft.

Consistently late packages

Consistently late packages, an entire week late for Royal Mail tracked 48. Second class sometimes two weeks or more. First class hit and miss. We are not even in the countryside we are in a major city or nearby. It’s a joke a disgrace to the name and unfortunately I don’t think it’s gonna get any better.

Royal Mail Tracking Is Useless

I import 1000s of parcels each year..and of all the companies.. Even Evri !! Royal mail tracking is the worst of all. More often than not it just wont load / track and when it does it's often so far behind reality it's pretty much pointless..

False Delivery Attempt Recorded Twice – Complaint Ignored the Main Issue

I am very disappointed with Royal Mail's service.
I stayed at home all day waiting for my parcel because I had deliberately cleared my schedule to receive it. My building requires visitors to use the intercom to gain access.
At around 6:00 pm, I saw a Royal Mail vehicle enter my street, turn around and leave. I did not see the driver park, get out of the vehicle, approach my building or use the intercom. Shortly afterwards, I received a tracking update stating "Delivery attempted – No answer."
That was simply not my experience. Nobody buzzed my flat or attempted to contact me.
This is the second time this has happened, meaning I have wasted two days waiting at home for deliveries that were later marked as failed attempts.
I did eventually receive my parcel the following day, but that was never the main issue. The issue is that a delivery was recorded as attempted when, from what I observed, no genuine attempt was made to deliver it.
I submitted a formal complaint to Royal Mail's CEO's Office. Their response stated that the local delivery office would provide coaching on the correct delivery procedures. However, they did not explain why my parcel was marked as "Delivery attempted – No answer" or directly address the concerns I raised.
Customers deserve accurate tracking information and genuine delivery attempts. I hope Royal Mail improves its standards so that other customers do not experience the same frustration.

Royal mail should do the British public…

Royal mail should do the British public a favour a close the business, I have nothing but grief from this organisation for years the latest one was this, I ordered a part for my car (not cheap) it was due to be delivered the day I was going on holiday, after my flight leaves, so I went to the local depot to ask for it to be delivered to the shop where my Nephew works instead, a simple enough task for Evri,DPS,UPS, and other parcel companies but not Roal mail, who said they couldn't do that, so now it looks like I will lose the part because Royal Mail would only keep it for 10 days before returning it to the sender costing me money, I suggest they look up the meaning of a Tort because one will be coming their way pretty soon.

Completely inept and untrustworthy

Completely inept and untrustworthy. Still awaiting parcels to be collected on 11/07/26 and 14/07/26. Shocking service from a company that 40years ago were dependable. Claim to connect the nation. They couldn't even connect their parents

I would give 0 stars if I was able

I would give 0 stars if I was able, ordered a product and selected the Next Business Day 24hr delivery (paid extra for it).
Notified item out for delivery, at 17:06 that evening received a text saying unable to deliver and would be delivered the next day. Next day has come and gone and no delivery or update on what’s happening with my package. Unable to contact them as they hide behind legacy legislation from when they were a government service and not a private company. Appalling service and if there was an alternative would happily use it.

I'm pretty disgusted

I'm pretty disgusted, I was due a parcel to be delivered yesterday which has to be refrigerated, when delivered before they left outside my flat door, this time they didn't, just received my parcel and it was warm when it's meant yo be kept cold! Also was due another parcel to be delivered, had a message to say they had tried earlier, not sure why they did not leave at my front door, it does not need to be signed for, there is reason why we have a tradesman entry to flats!

Absolutely shocking service

Absolutely shocking service from a once great company that you could rely on. Had no post for over 2 weeks in CT18, I’m waiting for important documents and still no sign of them arriving anytime soon. You’ll be lucky if you even see a postie around here anymore.
