In my experience with Royal Air Maroc
In my experience with Royal Air Maroc, I have encountered several problems, including the treatment of flight attendants during the flight, where they do not provide water to passengers except at meal time, although the flight from Morocco to America takes 8 hours . Through baggage, you always end up with your wallet broken, and as for the ticket price, it is very high compared to other lines, and they take advantage of the holidays and events period to raise the price, and while all these problems were overlooked by most travelers, and while we are waiting to address these problems, the luggage stretcher was canceled !! This indicates that it will reduce its services with time
The most racist employees ever
The most racist employees ever. The worst airline. Shitty staff shifty plane shitty service

They dont know how to handle luggage. It took 9 hours for me to get the luggage back
Dissatisfaction with Royal Air Maroc Cabin Crew Service
I would like to express my disappointment with the service provided by the Royal Air Maroc cabin crew during my recent flight. The staff were inattentive and unhelpful, which made the experience unpleasant and far below the level of professionalism expected from the airline. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously to improve the quality of onboard service for future passengers.
The worst airline on the earth
I wanna say loud enough, DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY for this useless airline. They lost my luggage more than two months ago, and still missing. No one answered my calls and emails, completely careless. Later, I discovered lots of my friends also experienced the same. Please don’t take a risk for your belongings.
Flight delayed for 3.5 hours and still no compensation paid
Flight delayed for 3.5 hours. Completed compensation forms and have been fobbed off repeatedly since my complaint entered on their system first week in September. Still no compensation paid and very poor service from the airline. I have lost count of the number of emails sent to them and have rang their helpline on four occasions but still no resolution. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced.
I had an extremely distressing…
I had an extremely distressing experience with Royal Air Maroc, I landed Chad airport without my luggage and it's been a week now still haven't received my luggage. Extremely distress
checked-in bags were missing
checked-in bags were missing. I immediately reported the issue at the airport and completed the Property Irregularity Report (PIR), reference number [insert PIR reference if available]. Despite several follow-ups, I have received little to no helpful information about the location or status of my luggage.
What has made this experience particularly frustrating is the poor level of customer service I have encountered. Calls and emails to your support team have gone unanswered or provided vague responses without any real assistance. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable and has caused me significant inconvenience and distress.
I am therefore requesting:
1. Immediate action to locate and return my missing luggage.
2. Full compensation in accordance with the Montreal Convention for the delay and loss of personal items.
3. A formal apology for the inadequate customer service I have received.
If I could give this airline 0 stars I…
If I could give this airline 0 stars I really would! It’s been two months since I’ve lost my baggage and two months of mailing. I have received in these two months ONE phone call and ONE mail back…. It looks like they want to make it impossible to receive your baggage and claim. Like they are literally allergic to help you, it’s so frustrating. I had really valuable items in my luggage and now they can’t even bother to respond. Will never ever recommend them to anyone else.
Unpleasant Onboard Experience with Royal Air Maroc
I had a very disappointing experience on my recent Royal Air Maroc flight. Some of the cabin crew showed a serious lack of professionalism and courtesy toward passengers.
At one point, I accidentally fell asleep after eating, leaving my meal tray unfolded. Instead of waking me up politely, one of the stewards suddenly raised his voice to tell me to lift the tray. It was unnecessary and very disrespectful — especially considering that a simple, calm request would have been enough.
As a national airline, I expected Royal Air Maroc to maintain higher standards of customer service and hospitality. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression. I hope the airline invests in better training to ensure passengers are treated with respect and care in the future.
It is a real shame to know the way Air…
It is a real shame to know the way Air Moroc treat their customers, my sister arrived Gatwick Airport for the six days ago 20/10/2025 and Air Moroc cannot locate where her two bags are. The customer service handlers were so poor and the lies is what I don't understand. When you call them some will say your luggage is still in casablanca and will be picked up by the next flight while others will say, its missing.
We went to their counter at Gatwick North, we were told the boxes are in Casablanca but they are not bringing them and they have no idea why, the sad thing is that as I typed this message my sister is in A&E as her medication was in one of the boxed,we have no clue what is really happening. Very shameful and its a big regret to have bought this flight for her. AHLLGWAT20847
Saved Holiday
We nearly missed our holiday due to limited seat availability on an earlier flight, but thanks to the incredible team at Royal Air Maroc, our plans were saved. The check-in staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care.
A special thanks to Abhi at the check-in desk — your friendliness, empathy, and dedication truly stood out. You went above and beyond to ensure we made it onto that flight.
What began as a stressful situation turned into our lucky day, all because of your outstanding service. Thank you, Royal Air Maroc, for embodying true customer care.
Abhi, Special Thanks for your care!
Royal Air Maroc NEVER AGAIN
I will never advise anyone to pick this airline. After delaying flights at JFK New York they couldn't delay flight AT515 going to Acc Ghana and passengers are stranded and have to wait for 24hrs for next available flight without food and a place to sleep. Rubbish Airlines!
Dear royal air Maroc
Dear royal air Maroc, I flew from London to Cape Verde with connection to goo and back, July the 21st to 18th of august.
the the staff on the plain they were good. But the service at the airport was terrible, there was a delay for my luggage for 3 days.my luggage was damaged badly, also had missing expensive items and gone off produce’ so it ruin my clothes I’ve emailed the company several times and no response.
As a air live you are very poor
And I hope people will fly I a different company. Because I can see there’s so many complaints about you sir live with no justification.
Still no bag after 15 days – Royal Air Maroc just don’t care
I arrived in Dakhla 15 days ago and one of my bags didn’t make it. I filed a missing bag report at the airport and was reassured it would arrive the next day. I’m still waiting.
Since then, I’ve contacted Royal Air Maroc multiple times – always me calling them, with only two outbound calls from them in over two weeks. Each interaction has been met with indifference and vague responses.
The email address listed on their website (where you're told to send your inventory) bounces back – the mailbox is full. That says a lot about how seriously they take lost baggage claims.
I’ve repeatedly asked for updates or details on what actions have been taken to locate the bag. The answer is always: “We’ve emailed the airport and are waiting for a response.” When I ask what previous replies have been received, it’s just “It’s a process.”
Eventually, I returned to Dakhla airport myself. A helpful RAM staff member there found a bag in the system (with no tag) sitting in Casablanca – very likely mine, based on appearance. Ironically, this was the same untagged bag he flagged on the day I arrived and said would be delivered the next day. He has now re-requested it to be sent to Dakhla, so we’ll see what happens.
I also called the RAM customer service line to try and link this untagged bag to the new internal code assigned to it – but they didn’t know what that code was, nor did they show any interest in helping. Just the same line: “We’ll ask the airport.”
This is the first time I’ve ever had a bag lost on a flight, and I’m shocked at how poor RAM’s system and customer service have been. My bag is either at Gatwick or Casablanca. I have photos of the bag, a full inventory of its contents – it shouldn’t be this hard for an airline that actually wanted to resolve the issue.
Sadly, it feels like they just don’t care.
I was double booked on a flight and was…
I was double booked on a flight and was left at Casablanca without assistance when I had a boarding pass and actually got to the gate. The staff knew exactly what had happened and simply passed me from on desk to another. Absolutely terrible. Air Maroc have not responded to 5 emails asking for help.
Stranded for 2 days by Royal Air Maroc…
Stranded for 2 days by Royal Air Maroc – forced to spend 2 nights in foreign hotels before finally reaching home TERRIBLE SERVICE NEVER BOOK WITH THEM
Flight was booked via lastminute.com
Flight was booked via lastminute.com. We went from Tunis to Lisbon. Aircraft was confortable, with confortable seats and a lot of space. A meal was offered, even though the flight was short.
I booked a family ticket 10 months…
I booked a family ticket 10 months ahead (2026) and all information is correct for the children, wife, but my name was autofilled by my laptop by merging my surname with my wife's surname. Called Royal Air Maroc and was told to fill a form, only to get an email that I have to buy a new ticket, just less than 48 hours, and still have 10 months ahead. The date of birth is correct and everything, so why? I can't wrap my head around it, as I struggled to get the money. Now I am stuck as I have no money to rebook this flight, and my wife can not manage the kids on her own due to some personal circumstances. The customer service I spoke to lacked empathy, and I am really affected as that is a lot of money to lose 3000 pounds.
UPDATE
Royal air maroc has helped me solved my issue as they have booked a new ticket for me. I am very grateful.
Royal Air Maroc deserves zero stars — A truly terrible experience
Trustpilot should really add a zero-star option, because that’s exactly what Royal Air Maroc deserves. I’m only giving one star because this platform won’t allow zero.
My mum travelled from Nigeria to Manchester (LOS–MAR–MAN) in July, and one of her bags was lost. This wasn’t just any bag — it contained most of her clothes, her medication, food items, and thoughtful gifts she brought for her grandkids.
We immediately initiated a trace, and all indications showed that the bag left Lagos but got lost somewhere between Morocco and Manchester. After 21 days, we were finally contacted and asked to file for compensation, which we did promptly by email, providing every required document and photo.
Since then, it has been a complete nightmare dealing with their customer service — hands down the most rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful I have ever encountered. Every call came with a new excuse: “We didn’t get your email,” “We can’t see your attachments,” and other meaningless responses. No one takes responsibility, and there’s zero sense of urgency or empathy.
Honestly, if I had known, taking a bus would have been more reliable than flying with Royal Air Maroc. I genuinely regret ever booking with them. Weeks later, there’s still no clarity on when (or even if) compensation will be processed. It feels like their attitude is simply: “If you get it, you get it.”
What’s even more frustrating is how unbothered they are by the many negative reviews and complaints. They simply don’t care, and that says a lot about the kind of company they are.
At this point, I’m even afraid to take the return flight back to Nigeria. The thought honestly scares me — if they can’t even manage a single bag properly, how can I trust them with something as important as my safety? And as for any new items I might buy for the return trip, I have no confidence they’ll arrive with me.
My sincere advice: avoid Royal Air Maroc at all costs. Unless you’re ready to lose your belongings and be treated poorly afterward, do yourself a favour and choose another airline, don't mind the cost or time you spend on the travel.
