Situated in the celebrated University City of Oxford, they have been a staple of the community for nearly 30 years. With passion and drive they expanded and now offer the most diverse service available in the area. Currently Royal Cars boast a fleet of over 500 vehicles including 8 seaters, wheelchair accessible, executive and VIP vehicles, something for every occasion. Royal Cars is the greenest service in Oxfordshire with over 70% of the fleet being Hybrid. In an effort to offer the safest service in the region they are in the process of installing CCTV in all their cars. Also, all their drivers are DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checked and have undergone a medical examination before being licensed by the local District Councils, your safety is very important to Royal Cars. We accept all types of work, from local runs to airport transfers to long-distance pickups and drop offs, weddings and occasionally have crossed the channel. Prompt service

Taxi turned up on time and took me to my destination. Being on time is always a good thing so no complaints.

I prebooked a taxi at 10am for 1.40pm…

I prebooked a taxi at 10am for 1.40pm for 7 people. Despite booking in plenty of time they stated there was no taxis available. After being 20 minutes late they said they would send 2 separate taxis and honour the price. I had to chase again numerous times and they then told me they wouldnt honour the price and they had misquoted me. The second part of our booking finally turned up and hour and a 10 minutes late and the end booking ended up costing £16 more then they had originally quoted!!

Efficient service

Efficient service, we had 3 cars booked. Drivers came quickly, were friendly and we arrived at our destination with no issues. Price quoted was also good.
