Routine Wellness 

I bought this after using the travel sizes given to me by my mother thinking with all the good review this would be a miracle for my hair loss and hair that had snapped and frizzy. I hve used it for a month and always when dry the frizz looked a lot worse and hair seemed really dry, yesterday I thought I shall try my usual conditioner and today my hair is shining and soft again, im afraid it does dry your hair up and also takes out the colour quickly, I wouldn t purchase again.Very expensive and does not do what it says, the shedding is no less either.

Pumpkin shampoo and conditioner. On first use the conditioner caused my head to burn severely as soon as it touched my scalp. I tried again aiming to keep the product away from my scalp but inevitably some got onto it. Again intense burning sensation. After 3 attempts my scalp is tender, sore and very itchy. My hair is straw like and the colour has faded. I would never buy this again. Can’t return it as I am in uk. Bin for this and a waste of almost £40.

I was hoping that I could write a positive review about Routine Wellness products, however this shampoo and conditioner truly are the worst products I have ever owned. I purchased the coconut and vanilla shampoo and conditioner online. Sadly these products caused my bright silver hair to change to a dull yellow color. I am unable to return the products or receive a refund as Routine Wellness stated it was past the 30 days. I reached out to Customer Service but they were not sympathetic, even after I explained that I was out of town for weeks, so by the time I opened the products, it was past the 30 days. Most companies or retail establishments offer a longer return policy, 90 days, one year, but Routine Wellness' is 30 days. Never again! I'm back to my previous hair care products, Oribe Silverati.

Love this brand. I thought I'd give them a try as the ads promote the hair thickening & growth aspect.
I'm very happy with the results, and will be buying more. Firstly though I need to use up other hair products I've bought as I'm always looking to try hair thickening products so end up with more than I need!

I’d been looking for a shampoo and conditioner to help with my very fine hair, which had recently deteriorated and started falling out more. Routine Wellness kept coming up in my research, so I decided to give it a try.

There was a small admin issue at first — I didn’t receive confirmation of my order (placed 9 June 2025) — but customer service sorted it out quickly, and my order arrived in the UK on 18 June 2025 complete with a travel sample.

The shampoo & conditioner smell lovely, feel gentle, and the bottles make it easy to measure the right amount. My hair looks shiny and clean with no harsh residue. I haven’t seen much improvement in hair loss yet, so I’ll be trying another brand for comparison, but overall I’m pleased with the quality.

I’m surprised by some of the recent poor reviews — perhaps there are admin issues cropping up — but my own experience has been positive overall.

I tried these products unfortunately did not read return policy clearly when placing my order, this shampoo made my hair super dry, it was not like that before. i reached out to the company to initiate return, they first suggested using very little shampoo and leaving on hair for only 30 seconds and using a lot of the conditioner. I was not using a lot and do not like the effect it has had on my hair. I requested a refund. Come to find out the "free" returns do not apply to Canada! If you are from Canada think twice before ordering this product!! I now have an expensive shampoo that is horrible for my hair. Will never buy anything from this company again.

I’m disappointed with the Prime Day promotion — the offer was misleading and the follow-up was poor. Be cautious before placing an order, especially if you're expecting the free travel set.
While browsing the site during their Prime Day sale, a pop-up ad appeared offering a free travel set with any purchase. I entered the coupon code “TRAVEL,” which confirmed I was eligible. However, when my order arrived, the travel set was missing.
I contacted RW and was told that a discount had already been automatically applied during the sale — something a new customer wouldn’t have known. They then said the travel set would be included with my next order, which contradicts the ad’s promise. I simply requested that the travel set be shipped now, but they refused.
I’ve since cancelled my subscription. When I shared my experience on social media, my comments were hidden and I was blocked. Not impressed.

I have been using the shampoo & conditioner for 3 months. Just washed it after a trip to the hairdresser, my hair was silky & smooth when I left there. Now looks like I put my finger in a socket. I thought it was my hair texture that had changed, but after reading other negative reviews I feel a bit better & I will stop using these products. It dries my hair, makes it look even finer than it already is & hair loss has continued.

Love the Jasmine and Orange scent. I don’t know about the regrowth, but when I use these products my hair feels fuller. I’ve also noticed I don’t need to wash every day and it doesn’t look oily on top. I will continue to use this product. Hopefully I will see the regrowth in a couple of months.

I bought this shampoo and conditioner because of the amount of positive reviews on Facebook, however these must be fake. I’ve not noticed any improvement in my hair at all, in fact I think my hair has been damaged by using it. I have more hair shedding since using it than I’ve ever had. My hair has lost any lustre that I’d did have. An expensive mistake for me I’m afraid. 😡
I can see routine are saying they have no record of my order which is surprising.

Having wavy, thinning hair and being a woman of a certain age, I noticed a positive change within the first week of using Routine. With shop bought shampoos, I've found they leave my hair feeling 'stripped' clean, so when dry, it is frizzy and feeling dry/brittle. Routine has left my hair softer and fuller, but still clean and benefits from not having sulfates, as this didn't just help improve the condition, but has also made the need to colour my hair less often. I've given a 4 star rating, only because I received deliveries more frequently than I had signed up to. This, however, was quickly rectified when I contacted them and I would definitely order again.

I ordered Routine from the company itself, which offered a 30-day return. I bought for a friend who chose not to use it. It was over 30 days when she gave it back to me -completely unused and opened . In spite of the fact that I offered to assume the mailing costs, the company refused any refund, despite my explanation.

Efficient website. Amazing products. I stumbled onto the brand and thought I would try it. I have been so impressed. I am 67 year old and my hair has never been healthier, thicker and shinier. I have always tended to have a frizz issue and that has been easily managed with Routine. Overall my hair has been transformed and I am thrilled. A wonderful, quality and impactful product that lived up to all the claims.

This did nothing for my hair at all after three months of using it. Expensive product that now has so many negative reviews. I think the positive ones are probably fake.

Bought the shampoo and conditioner, waited ages to arrive if I had known it was from USA I would not have bought.
This does not thicken hair but leaves it coated and my hair felt heavy and dirty, requested a refund they wanted me to return so packed it up. £20 to return I think not.

Avoid at all costs.

Priducts do not work big scam. Asked to return them they said yes, but refuse to give a return postage. Say to post to American address where it costs more to return than the products and they know this! My hair fell out even more using their products!!! SCAM AVOID!

I have been using Routine for about a year now. I'm almost stupidly, due to my past dv, coercive relationship, believing that some day, my hair WILL stop shedding if I keep using Routine, I believe you Routine, you wouldn't lie to me!...Most of the reviews give great comments after all, right...?? However, my hair has gotten worse, much worse!! Especially when I put the conditioner on, big clumps between my fingers and tears falling down my face! Yet here I am, still hoping, praying that it will work!! I have actually cancelled my subscription now. Heartbroken UK customer :(

I'm 61.. gone through the menopause... got a full head of coloured hair and moulting like a dog. I've tried loads of shampoos conditioners and serums and nothing stops the shredding and by saying it thickens your hair I've found it just coats your hair making it feel thick but it's not a nice look or feel... it's left feeling like it needed a good wash....I'd given up and then saw Routine advertised....with nothing to lose I ordered the Rosehip Shampoo & Conditioner. I'm on my second bottle and I love it. They are both very thick and creamy. My hair actually shines and my frizzy ponytail is starting to look quite nice. I've also noticed I don't have to wash my hair as often...it feels cleaner for longer. The only downside is the price and the hair shredding hasn't stopped but I'll give it time and see what happens.

Disappointed ☹️ I read reviews thinking this was the answer to my shedding thinning hair but alas it’s not working for me. A lot of money wasted

The description of the shampoo & conditioner (coconut & vanilla for thinning hair) mentions only the good ingredients. Only when you read the bottle are the chemical components mentioned and only in the accompanying leaflet do they say that it might have a drying effect on some hair. I would not have bought it had this been mentioned up front. Have only used it twice carefully following the instructions & my normally smooth & shiny hair is so dessicated & brittle that I struggle to get a wide toothed comb through it. I will not be doing any more damage by using it again. The smell is nothing like coconut & vanilla and I find it decidedly unpleasant. Expensive mistake -lesson learned.
