Don't buyj, not subscribe or miss emails

False claims and unable to leave an honest but unfavourable review on their website. Be careful as they automatically send you new bottles and charge you for it. Since I can't seem to reply to your reply can you please explain how the products that were sent from an Austrlain address in Vic but when I wanted to return them I was only able to if i posted them overseas? If people love your products then they can just rebuy them, why do subscriptions or is it because people like me accidently subscribe. Anyway I am sure regardless of the emails I 'obviously' didn't see I hope my reviews have been helpful to other buyers. I note also that my reviews are not the only negative ones you have. I am happy to delete them soon and never have to hear of your company again.

Cathie, by default, our subscriptions are always OPT IN and never opt out. That is, you are not subscribed unless you select a box and actively subscribe. You opted into a subscription on June 11th, 2025. Before placing the subscription, you proactively chose to have it delivered every 3 months to your address.

We mentioned that you were subscribing on the CHECKOUT page of our site and again on your order confirmation and shipping confirmation email.

We sent you another reminder email 3 days before your subscription renewed letting you know it would renew in 3 days so you could change it if you wanted. Paypal also sent you an email letting you know your subscription would renew.

We shipped your package and then you contested the charge with Paypal. One of the reasons you chose to contest the charge was you moved houses since your subscription renewed. When Paypal refused your refund since you had an opportunity to cancel, you tried to post negative comments about us everywhere.

Are you okay with us posting screenshots of your confirmation emails which show that you subscribed and the proof of the reminder we sent to you before your subscription renews? I would be happy to post those images with your consent.

So disappointed

So disappointed. Started using shampoo/conditioner in June 2024 (still on the same bottles so very good value for money). Seemed a nice product with a pleasant fresh smell. I now look back and realise that more and more hair has fallen out and also breakages. I was searching for a reason for this so I googled this site to see if others have the same problem. So gutted that it took me so long to link the shedding to this product. Stopped using it a week ago and my hair feels healthier already. Obviously will need to wait for regrowth but at least the condition looks and feels better already. I will also add that I had the travel size coconut and vanilla and the texture of the conditioner was very gritty. Shame as I had great hopes for it.

Smells awful!

I bought this despite how expensive it is as i thought the bottles would be bigger and i liked the sound of the scent (coconut and vanilla), i didn’t need it for hair loss or thickening. The scent is awful, it smells like dusty old curtains and the bottles are no bigger than an average sized bottle that you would get from the shops. I wouldn’t buy this again. I have had to buy a hair purfume to put on until i finish the bottles as they are too expensive to waste.

In addition, most dermatologists will recommend you use a product for about six months to start seeing results, so please stick with us!

Good result so far

Personally my hair felt and appeared fuller after 2 shampoo & conditions. Dont know yet re hair loss but so far so good. Didnt notice after 1 wash but 2 yes.

Sadly this product did not work for me…

Sadly this product did not work for me 😥 my hair has become dryer than ever and looks like I put my finger in an electric socket.
I only use a little bit of both and leave it in for a minute or two. I was so looking forward to having less shedding and a shiny head of hair, unfortunately not happened.

Not recommended

I only used the shampoo and conditioner for a short period of time, but the products seemed very harsh on my hair. After I used the shampoo my hair felt very dry and I got some scalp irritation. They also don’t smell that great. I requested a refund, but as I am in the UK I had to pay for shipping at £33 tracked. I made a huge loss. I would not recommend this company.

Updated. Twice. Used for 2 weeks and the shedding is worse

Used for 2 weeks, and the shedding is markedly worse. My hair is brittle and in terrible shape. Discontinued. Buyer beware

***This was an order placed through the Routine Wellness store on Amazon, and I purchased the Anti-thinning Shampoo and conditioner(Rose Hips). I used it daily for 2 weeks.

This product did not work for me

This product did not work for me or help with my hair shedding at all. I purchased in October, and discontinued in early December because my scalp was itching and burning (which had not previously been a problem) and the shedding had not stopped.

Five Star Service

I had been using the hair growth capsules but unfortunately found them difficult to swallow. This is due to previous surgery and my problem. I had the capsules on a repeat order via PayPal so cancelled but they were already on the point of dispatch. I contacted Routine Wellness and no quibble they cancelled my order. I was extremely impressed with their customer service support. Five star 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Total waste of money

Total waste of money, product does not work. They sign you up to subscriptions you did not sign up to. Customer service appalling. The ‘money back guarantee’ they offer they also do not honour, most probably because 99% of their customers tries to do it as the product simply does not work. Avoid like the plague. Order no: 703566596, you have had all of these details as I have previously contacted you via email and you were unable to help me. It’s very coincidental that you have now replied as I have had no other choice than to leave you a review.

Itchy scalp

The products left my scalp dry and itchy. I contacted the company and all they did was suggest using less product when shampooing which obviously I wasn’t prepared to try. Wasn’t worth the risk. No offer of a refund at all. Disappointed!

Cancelled my order after reading a wealth or quote scary reviews.
It was a frustrating process where I had to over explain myself and argue in order to cancel.
They assured me I would be refunded. I haven't been. £60 stolen by these absolute cowboys.

I Can Wear My Hair Down Again

For a long time, I avoided wearing my hair down because of frizz and thinning areas. Routine Wellness has changed that. My hair shines beautifully, sheds less, and shows new growth along the hairline. It feels fuller, healthier, and much easier to style.

Didn't work for me

I had hoped, rather than expected this product to work. I persevered for a month just in case. Unfortunately I didn't notice any reduction in hair fall, or any improvement to my hair at all. In fact, I found the shampoo so drying that my hair felt completely stripped after washing, despite using a very small amount. The conditioner does nothing to counter this at all, so my hair was left dry and tangle-prone, which resulted in more hair loss due to having to brush out knots.
There are positive reviews, so I guess it must work for some people, but I would recommend getting a travel size at a much lower cost to try first.
I also think that if a company truly believes their product works, they should offer a money back guarantee, especially given how expensive it is.

**EDIT: apparently there is a 30 day returns policy, which was not clear to me as I bought through a third party. Also, cost of returns are not covered outside the USA**

**2nd EDIT: I have been contacted by Routine Wellness, via Trustpilot, to provide information so they can verify my purchase. Whilst I understand why they would want to do this, I am not responding because a) I did not purchase my product directly from Routine Wellness, and b) I do not wish to divulge my personal details and contact information. I am not in the habit of writing disingenuous reviews, be they positive or negative, I simply wanted to share that this product did not work for me. Judging by the overall review score on this site, I am not alone.

Very dissapointed and dissatisfied with…and

Very dissapointed and dissatisfied with the shampoo, after few weeks of use the hair started to fall and after few months I decided to stop using it. I also regret buying 2 bottles as I fallen on the half price off trick. The bottles are 400 ml which makes it even more agonising. I have tried contacting them but I was out of the 60 days and they are not covering for international returns which is probably around £30, £ 40. Not worth the hassle, just a waste of money. I also don't think you are allowed to leave reviews on their site as I couldn't do it, just don't understand all the 5 stars reviews, they are probably bought as is not right that you can't submit any at all. Do not buy!!

Very harsh on scalp

The shampoo and conditioner may have possibly reduced my hair loss but these products leave my scalp an absolute mess. It is scabby and dry - I feel that if I have an unhealth scalp then my hair will continue to fall out.

Some ingredients may cause inflammation

I got a nice shine using this shampoo but 2 weeks in my scalp started burning and was very itchy. My doctor said it looked very inflamed. I went on to using non inflammatory shampoos and tea tree based conditioner. It took about 6 months to finally calm down. I actually lost hair while it was inflamed. I poured it all out.

One year in and still in love with Routine Wellness

I’ve been using Routine Wellness shampoo and conditioner for over a year now, and I love it. The rose hips scent is my absolute favorite and makes washing my hair feel like a luxury. My hair has been on the thin and fragile side for most of my life, and it’s never grown past my shoulders until recently. It’s currently down to my lower back and is getting healthier every day. If you’re in the fence, it’s definitely worth a try. Plus, their confirmation email is adorable when you buy from their website.
