Best customer service ever
Had an issue with an item received in my order and after contacting them, Maddi and the team provided hands down, the best customer service I've ever experienced. They literally went above and beyond and way to help and address the issue and I've gone from being a casual route one shopper to a shopper who's gonna be considering route one first and foremost for similar items.
