Bought a deck on August 9th got the deck put the trucks on last night on the 19th the I spotted two big cracks down the middle where the layers of the deck are splitting apart can’t get a refund on this deck because they gripped the deck for me and won’t take refund if the decks already been gripped DO NOT buy from route one if u want already broken decks

Good delivery, but expensive returns
Delivery was good and fast. However, returns are not customer-friendly, as the sender has to cover the return shipping costs. Since I ordered from Germany, this means around €20 (about £18) for a return, which is quite expensive.

Trainers never arrived
I just came back from holiday, to find my trainers were never actually delivered so no not happy what’s worse is my mum is so old she had no idea how to deal with this while I was away and also to polite to tell me and ruin my holiday
