RoofArt galvanised steel guttering and downpipes are good quality. Service was efficient, except they charged over £37.50 for delivery each time, regardless of the smallness of items. A single clip costing a fiver then has a £37.50 shipping charge. This is really unacceptable and nonsensical. So, make sure you don’t miss any parts off the order otherwise they will become very expensive.

I ordered a poly carb roof sheet system for a job, early morning, ordered a mix of 10mm and 16mm, the guys noticed, emailed me my mistake, corrected it and then were decent enough to not charge me the slight difference, in a world that seems to be getting greedier, I thought this was a great act and was much appreciated.

Fantastic Service
Absolutely fantastic service and great prices! Called up, spoke to Gary and ordered some Brazilian Slate Sills. Quote was sent out quick sharp as promised and easy pay online service provided. I would definitely recommend using this company, I will be in the future that’s for sure!

not very helpful at delivery and customer service
overall, just good: good prices, honest delivery information but the customer service was very lacking the driver just abandoned my delivery outside my backyard gate with a guilty face and walked off leaving me with a bad back and my brother with a hernia to lift the heavy delivery inside my backyard we did it barely know thanks to the driver

I am very sorry to hear you were disappointed with the delivery driver. I have tried to get in touch with you regarding this.
Our shipping policy does advise that deliveries are made to kerb side only, with the customer have the means to off load the goods. However, I have passed this review on to our supplier and their courier so they can review their delivery service.
