Ok I had a problem with a Thule Bike carrier. I cannot praise the Roof Box Company enough - Brenda and the boss Martin could not have helped anymore - securing me a replacement carrier ( and a better one at that) at no cost to me. Their service is superb, their communication second to none. To anybody buying a bike carrier buy it from these guys. They embody the words customer service.

I had a problem with one of the locks on a bike rack that I had purchased in August, I was in contact with Clare in customer service who had a replacement lock to me in four days.
Fantastic service.

So impressed with service and product. Customer support team outstanding and when we required a replacement part which was stolen they replied extremely quickly with advice.
Would recommend company to all.

When my Showdown Kayak Carrier broke the team at roofbox got a resolution from Yakima and supplied a new unit in time for me to get back on the water quickly. When you've bought an expensive bit of kit knowing Roofbox have got your back is valuable.

We have used TRBC over 20 years for two roof boxes, bars and fittings for various cars. Both boxes, the first bought 20 years ago, still going strong.
This year we needed bars to put the boxes on a Corsa. The bars and fixing kit arrived quickly. Unfortunately, the thread of one bolt was faulty. Contacted the company and replacement bag of bolts etc. arrived the next day. Brilliant service.

I needed to upgrade my towbar mounted bike carrier and found exactly what I was looking for on the Roof Box website. The descriptions were very helpful but I needed to clarify one issue which was done very quickly over the phone. I placed an order for a Thule EasyFold XT2 carrier with an additional loading ramp which arrived the next morning. I am delighted with the carrier and the service provided by Roof Box.

Having previously received great service, I decided to go back and purchase a new set of Thule roof bars for my new vehicle.
The delivery company failed twice to deliver my purchase so they decided that an employee would deliver them instead. This happened at the agreed time with no issues.
Bars fitted today ready for trip awayand look great.
Amazing response and obviously went above and beyond for their customer.
Can’t praise them enough with the two experiences I received.

I received roofbars and a Thule bike rack within a couple of days. I had a minor issue, and contacted the company, who immediately resolved the problem. Excellent service, and very competitive pricing.

I bought a CRUZ set of roof bars for my car from The Roof Box company 6 weeks ago. They arrived on time.
I needed to contact them as I had managed to loose one cover on the first journey. This was entirely my fault. I emailed The Roof Box company and to my absolute surprise they sent me, as a one off gesture , a free cover.
All emails have been professional, friendly, positive and empathetic. THEY WERE FABULOUS. Laura is a top girl👌👍👏.
The product is absolutely brilliant. It's wing shaped design cuts out the usual Roof bar noise. It was silent and clearly would help enormously with fuel economy. TOP END PRODUCT.
All in all, dealing with The Roof Box Co has been a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

The after sales support from the Roofbox Company is superb. I purchased a bike carrier from them that had a fault and they sent out a replacement the next day. The communication with them was excellent.

Last Monday I discovered a problem with a seized mounting foot on an Atera roof-rack I bought back in about 2016. I was provided with a cost effective solution that enabled me to solve the issue on Tuesday. This was quite important because the roof-rack was otherwise still in very good condition, I needed to use it on Friday and I was reluctant to replace it expensively by buying a new one.

This is a company that is proud to provide good old fashioned service. No hanging on the line listening to music. You are answered promptly and your query dealt with with proper care and attention. And their products and prices are very attractive.

I received amazing pre-sale advice from Roofbox which gave me to confidence to spend ~£400 with them on a towbar bike rack. When parts started falling off said bike rack after a handful of uses over a period of 3 months they simply didn't want to know. 0/10 for after sales service. Will be avoiding them in the future

Updating this as customer service got in touch to put things right. I hope this reviews improves others experiences in the future.

This company has been amazing and have great pricing for brilliant products. Their customer service is awesome, and no I don’t work for them, or know anyone who works for them. I lost a part of my roof rack, having tried numerous places to find a replacement, These guys came up trump's. In a matter of day's these identified the part from the photo I sent, with a link to order the part. Not did they manage that the was delivered two days early. Thanks guys.

I just purchased some roof bars. They arrived in just a few days. Very efficient service. Quick response to my email. The bars fit my 2010 Toyota Auris perfectly and seem really good quality, clear instructions. 10 out of 10. Thanks

Ordered drop down cycle carrier for VW van , arrived very promptly and well
packaged.
Discovered that after having towbar fitted the cycle rack was not model required. Contacted The Roofbox company and explained the problem. They were very helpful and suggested an alternate model and that they were happy to exchange under the 90 day return policy. All went smoothly and the replacement rack is perfect. Very happy customer, and can highly recommend their customer service.

A few Sundays ago, I was looking for a tow bar mounted bike rack and my search for a Buzz Rack took me to the Roof Box company. I placed my order for the rack I’d decided upon but a few hours later I decided to change to an alternative Buzz rack. I emailed the sales team not expecting any response as it was a Sunday but wow, late in the evening I was advised my order had been amended as per my email. Delivery was scheduled for the following Thursday but the delivery arrived 2 days earlier. Everything was well packaged with minimum assembly.
Cannot fault the Roof Box company for communication and service.
The Buzz rack I ordered has now been used a couple of times and it’s excellent and comparing the price of other racks it’s a steal.

We didn't know which roofbox for our car, rang several times, very helpful and patient on telephone, very swift exchange (because I forget to measure the garage!)
