Do not deposit any money on this site. I have been trying to withdrawal my winnings and I get told I need to verify my accounts with deposits. After I did so I was then surprised with you have to be a silver member to withdraw which included another deposit. This is a total scam. Do not deposit anything with them.

I registered on May 26, made a 500 deposit, made 5 bets, now I have 593 on my Balance, they don't withdraw money to me, they say that I have another account, but I only have one account. This company refuses to pay on 05/04/2026

Rollbit.com is a scam. After using it for a few months and losing thousands of dollars, my account and withdrawals were suddenly blocked. They falsely claim I have another account and won't accept my verification. I can't withdraw my remaining funds. This site is completely untrustworthy.

2- Coercive practices and abuse of power: The platform has coerced me into "admitting" something untrue (having other accounts), which constitutes unfair commercial practices that violate consumer protection laws and the right to transparency. This is not only an abuse, but an attempt at theft disguised as a verification process.

3- Failure to meet deadlines and lack of transparency: Rollbit promised to review my case within 20 business days, which has already passed. The lack of response and the illegal withholding of my funds is not only a violation of their own terms of service but also digital fraud. They are trying to keep users' money without justification.

You will lose all your money regardless. I'm from the UK so got redirected to the UK site. Deposited £20 in total and ran my balance up to £130. They blocked my card i used to deposit so i cant withdraw to it because the name i had on my account included my first and middle name but debit card used to pay was first and last name. So apparently the card isn't mine lol, still unresolved after sending proof of my ID. A couple days later my balance has disappeared in thin air with no explanation. Live chat support is absolutely useless and can't tell me why. The chat constantly loops to the same answers, response times are awfully slow. Major disappointment but they will be out of business soon for sure as they're blatantly scamming.

Hello! My name is Anastasia. I want to tell you about this scam. I have fully passed identification with biometrics, but the withdrawal is still closed. They made limits of 0.4$. They demand that I list other accounts that I do not have. I know perfectly well that this is prohibited. Just a brazen scam. Do not play in this office, they will come up with something against you when you win. Average rating 2.5, it's my own fault.

Two seperate events in which rollbit screwed over a huge number of its players.

The first was when game provider updated a game and forgot to switch the game back to normal mode from developer mode. The game provider isn't responsible for any losses experienced by anyone or business that contracts their games. So it's up to that person or business to check the games before making them live on their site. Rollbit failed to check this game that was still in developer mode. They were not the only casino that failed to do so, but most casinos caught the discrepancy and didn't turn the game back live on their site. I don't know how those other sites that missed it handled it, but Rollbit lied and said it was a glitch. Then they took back all the money they lost, deleted all records of said event. So all players wagers for that specific game during the affected time line, any withdrawal attempts and anybody who actually got a withdrawal through was banned and I'm sure their account data was deleted, and I would guess any tips made with money won would have been confiscated and records scrubbed too. I was just recently banned for asking to many questions about this event and the missing data.

The second event was the 2023 Xmas wager race competition. Basically, whoever wagered the most during the month of December would win 1mil. Top place was won by Ayezee, who is a or the founding member, and at least part, if not the sole, owner of rollbit. He and everyone at rollbit will deny his ownership till their blue in the face. But none of them can explain why Ayezee had the exact words "Founder, rollbit.com" in his Instagram bio before he started using it for promoting his gambling live streams.

If that's not enough to persuade you to play elsewhere then here is some other info to: They censor their chat in suspect ways, they have no new hires and no employee turnover (so they are likely all nepotism hires and over compensated for their dishonesty and/or culpability) theie support is just nice and friendly enough to keep you gambling and losing, if you piss them off them you will not win at all, support will ignore legitimate questions, public chat mods will direct you to take those legitimate questions to support and remove them from chat, their compliance dept will not respond to any emails whatsoever, they will ban your account and keep whatever money was in the balance, you will not receive any rewards that were coming your way.

I deposited ~$2800 in BTC on Rollbit and through normal sports betting grew my balance to ~$5400.
After requesting a withdrawal:

They asked for KYC (I fully completed it)

Then they questioned me about having other accounts — I don’t

Then they started refusing my withdrawal without reason

They also:

Cancelled 2 of my winning bets without explanation

Now I can’t even access the sportsbook to view or screenshot my history

I’m completely locked out — no reason given, no transparency

This is unacceptable behavior from a crypto platform.
I have never violated any terms and only placed fair bets.

Be careful — they’re holding $5400 of mine with no valid excuse.

First i got blocked for nothing after winning alot due to some KYC missunderstanding, but on compilance email it has been resolved <3.

I don't have multiple accounts to withdraw funds from, but customer service keeps asking me to provide other accounts for this reason. This website's inability to withdraw funds is a scam NOW without an account, no withdrawals have been made

You can try and complain to the curacao Gaming Control Board. If enough people do. they may be forced to do something.
