SCAM. Account suspended and they dont give the money back. ALREADY CONTACTED THE SUPPORT THEY NEVER WANT TO GIVE MONEY BACK

I would like to share my experience with Rollbit Casino.
A few weeks ago, I won $22,000 playing only casino games — mainly roulette, blackjack, and slot machines. These winnings were 100% from regular gameplay, not from any kind of betting exploit or suspicious activity. I simply got lucky.
Shortly after my big win, my entire account was suddenly blocked. All functions were disabled — I couldn’t deposit, withdraw, or even play. The only message I received was:
“The functionality of this account has been restricted.”
Later, Rollbit accused me of having multiple accounts, which is absolutely false. I only have one account with step 4 verification made.

Since then, I have sent four emails to their support team, but received no response at all.
Worst support team and site that I know.

Haha there is a reason these fakes behind rollscam (should rebrand to this name) have a rating of 2.2. They deserve less, truly. Fake fraudsters running a legal scam, behind fake names razor and lucky, haha true thoroughbred scammers. As with all these other scam crypto casinos, you'll get your win initially then they will scam you to oblivion haha. Avoid unless you're hooked, and if so, you're you know what f word lol. I opened my account with the betting website rollbit which is based in williastad curacao a few days back. Their parent company is bull gaming n.v which holds a license from the curacao gaming authority.

I deposited money (400+900 usdt )to bet on cricket matches .played 5 bets and won them all through my knowledge of cricket

At the moment I have 2230 usdt in my rollbit account. I withdrew 900 usdt yesterday but till date I have not received my withdrawal in my crypto wallet

I won about $99,000 on Rollbit.com and successfully withdrew $52,000 in small amounts. The sum was not all winning but big part of it was my deposit . On March 20, 2025, Rollbit suddenly blocked my account with the rest of my winnings inside around ($47,000).

After a month of silence, they accused me of money laundering without providing any evidence and told me not to contact them again. I had completed full KYC and am willing to provide anything further. All funds were legitimately won and personally owned.

This is unacceptable and shows a worrying pattern – other players report similar treatment when winning big. I need to know what further steps I can take to receive my funds because is a very big amount for me. This is causing me many problems in my personal life. I have been under stress and frustration all this time .

This is honestly one of the worst gambling sites you can ever use. They will use a multitude of different tactics to deny you from any winnings and withdrawal of your funds.

If anyone reading this is coming from Stake and think Rollbit might be better, don't switch LOL. It would be like your arm is itchy and you decided to amputate it. That's how bad this site is. I made the switch after Stake's KYC requirement since I was already verified on Rollbit, and boy was that a mistake.

To list a few reasons:
- Their support are literally "bots". They are unable to help you resolve ANY issue. All they will say is "Wait for 48 hours for the issue to resolve itself" for everything.
- If you start winning, they will simply accuse you of multi-accounting and block all withdrawals. Rollbit literally says "If you don't like it, sue us lol".
- You're not going to win that lawsuit, they're registered in Curacao, so good luck with that.
- Bets take forever to settle. I once had a $500 bet on an MLB game that rescheduled that took 2 weeks and repeated back and forth with their incompetent support to finally get resheduled. They literally refused to settle the bet otherwise.
- Their rewards program is so, so bad. The rakeback is terrible too. And the worst part? You only get a tiny bit of it upfront and the rest is spread out over 30days. To put in context, a 100k wager and a 10k loss on stake would give me back almost $600-700 in lossback. Rollbit gave me $42.75 spread out over a month, so you get like $1.40 a day.
