Rockstar Support is an absolute joke

Rockstar Support is an absolute joke. I reported a clear technical issue where my GTA Online account is falsely marked “not eligible for migration,” and instead of reading my message, they spammed the exact same copy-paste response over and over. No investigation. No explanation. No human logic involved. Just automated garbage replies that completely ignore the problem. For a billion-dollar company, this is embarrassingly incompetent support. If you’re unlucky enough to hit a real issue, don’t expect help—just scripted responses and wasted time. One of the worst customer support experiences I’ve ever had.

Rockstar account is a disgrace

Bought RDR2 on steam just to find out I had a rockstar account many years ago linked to my steam account and to my old, nonexistent email. I don't care about it, but the game would not work without it, it is impossible to create new rockstar account and support is so defunct that it is virtually impossible to change email on their account which I don't want to know about in the first place.
Don't buy their games, no respect to customers at all.

Worst game studio ever

Bought RDR2 in 2019 , have played with it for years, now i wanted to replay the game but their bugged shit system doesnt send 2 step verfication code via email, so i cant login to my rockstar account. Since no login, u cant even request help. made new account trying to ask for help but the piece of shit customer service staff not even listening to people's problem. Repeating the pharse like a good lilttle parrot to make request ticket from the account i have problem with, knowing it well, its impossible since i cant log in. Provided every data, to prove it is my account but they are closing the request like if they done anything to resolve it. Most piece of shit company i have ever seen, i hope they go bankrupt. Never ever gonna buy one of its shitty games ever again!!

I was banned for my account being…

I was banned for my account being hacked I did not hack this account I do not know how to do that I promise this is the first time this had ever happened please help I swear I did not do this i changed my password and user info to prevent this from ever happening again!! this is unacceptable and you guys aren't listening or reading my messages you just are closing the dispute if this isnt fixed im going to report you this is unacceptable

No customer support whatsover. Bad ticket system, no repsonse, kept sending in new information and 2 years later still none of my Rockstar games work. Worst company on the planet.

Game broken and told we will never help you.

I have spent alot of money with this rockstar and I just been having problems with them saying that I lie and they told me I'm not allowed to own more than one copy of the game?? WTF I told tec that he is full of shit, you 100% can buy what ever you want and for them to say I cant get help on my account that has been ruined by hackers and now they threaten to bann me over owning more than one account? WTF?? Then Told I cant have my account fixed to bad... Humm Such rude group, Not only I was unable to do your stupid missions this last couple of weeks as Im kicked everytime at the end of my heist and worse you all say to bad cant help your account red flagged?? WTF Red Flagged?? I will file and report this as the are in. Also I was told I can be banned wiped if I take this further, this is a threat to ask for help and ask for account fixed, How can you threaten a customer that has been shopping and streaming ayour crap and this unfair games is now the trip that rockstargames does as the do not care about your game and only care about hackers and griefers.. I didnt even make a clame when I got dossed on there stupid site. This is unfair and I have all my receipts. They dont care if you are hacked, they only want the green. So sad. Then they sit and repeat and read scripts and never look at the notes so its all a waist of time.. Be warned hackers steal your info and rockstargames threaten the players that are being that turn them in when they ask for help and DONT DO NOTHING> I will file this with BBB and thr UNITED STATES ATTORNEY GENRAL. Incompetent support

Imagine you have a problem connecting to Rockstar's service via the launcher, and you've tried all possible solutions, but it still doesn't work. There's no support from this lousy company, just a standard reply.

Non existent customer support

Non existent customer support, I suspect it is very poor AI. Had 5 tickets closed without reference and now they have blocked my IP address to try and prevent me contacting them.

This has to be the worst service I have ever had the mis-fortune to encounter.

Horrendous Customer Care

I've now submitted two tickets to get a issue resolved about Red Dead Redemption 2 PC game not connecting to their Games Library but they have both immediately get marked as resolved without any action or solution. How many times do customers have to go through this nightmare customer service to be able to play a game that Rockstar is quick enough to take the money for?!!

I asked them to fix a ban on my account which occurred while I was on a private server (just myself) and thier reply was don't do it again and we are enforcing the ban tried to get a real person but all I got was bots shoddy company

When I contacted the rockstar support team the gave me an answer to my problem than I tried to do as the told to reset my email, then it gave me an error and ik contacted them again and the only sent an automated massage and ok kind find any other solution for my problem

Its ok sacking employees for creating a union . massive law suits unfair dismissels incoming . and a massive petition to just boycott rockstar gta 6 . And if rockkstar dont apologise and offer them their jobs back then some of the devs might just release all your secrets and source code and finish the company off paybacks is best served stone cold
