When I say I can't recommend Rocket door frames enough, I mean it. Excellent value, great videos to help with instructions (if you're DIY, or if your chippy gets stuck) and their after service is second to none. I got stuck with the self close mechanism and both Ruth and Callum couldn't have tried to help me more. I'm hundreds of miles from them so we did some video calls and manage to resolve the problem in no time. Thank you so much!

Absolutely brilliant service from Rocket Door Frames!
Delivery was lightning fast, and the quality of the frame is spot on - solid build, perfect fit, and the instructions were genuinely brilliant to follow (which is rare these days!).

I even had to change part of my order just a few hours before it shipped, and Callum sorted it without any fuss - proper helpful and professional.

Can’t fault them at all. Definitely recommend Rocket to anyone needing top quality door frames and proper customer service. 👌

I Bought a pocket door kit and forgot to buy the lining kit. I ordered it on Thursday night, but really needed it for the weekend.
Called the following morning and spoke to Callum, to ask if I could pay for Saturday delivery. He came back to me with a quote from their delivery company and I paid within 30 mins of my initial call!
The lining kit arrived on Saturday morning and I was able to get it fitted.

I can't thank Callum enough for his fantastic customer service!

As for the product, my husband and I were able to retrofit the pocket door kit in a stud wall. Despite ordering for the wrong sized stud, it still looks flawless and it was very easy to install.

After doing lots of research, I'm glad I used Rocket Door Frames for my purchase.

The fire doors did exactly what they said they would and close almost perfectly. The carpenter was a little uncertain at first and then when he installed them he told me how much he loved the doors. High praise. Now decorated the doors look amazing!

Great product, metal frame feels sturdy and mechanisms work nicely. Well packaged and fairly easy to put together. I made a mistake and cut off too much on my jamb kit. Got in contact to arrange a replacement which Callum very kindly sent out free of charge. Top service.

Bought a pocket door system from rocket door frames which came with a free handle and not only does it look great, it works great too. The installers had minimal issues installing it due to the excellent video guides available online. Great product at great prices.

The product itself if great and works well and as expected at a fair price. However the service from Rocketdoor is absolutely brilliant, as a DIYer I needed some support and when I called or emailed they responded very quickly and provided solutions to problems I was having. Would recommend and would use again.

Ruth at rocket door has been amazing at handling a mistake that their delivery contractors made. She was responsive and acted quickly to remedy the situation even though it was the fault of the delivery company and not rocket door. The system itself has been easy to install and I recommend this system to anyone looking for an affordable and quality system for pocket doors.

I have used Rocket door frames now for the last couple years and can not fault them fast service and great products and would recommend them no problem, We are now recommending to clients and fitting a couple kits month now so using them more and more and having no problems.

I ordered several sliding door kits from Rocket Door Frames. I'm just a layman and Ruth provided clear guidance, explanation and excellent customer service. The kits arrived promptly and when we discovered an item was missing, Ruth did not hesitate to chase up the courier and resolve the issue. The kits are functioning well and we are very happy with the product.

Well engineered product with great instructions. Delivered in just 2 days and when I found one screw missing, I called, left a message, was called back before I could finish the email I was writing. Issue resolved as additional screw arrived first class post next morning. Really top company to deal with and a lot of businesses could learn from them

Spoke to Ruth twice, and bough a concealed door frame with hinges and a pocket frame, for a jack & Jill bathroom. She was amazing knowable, patient and helpful, great customer service. I noticed that this firm already has 5*, I'm just another admiring customer

Jigs supplied with the flush hinged system are designed for 16mm diameter router bits, these aren't commonly available for 1/2 shank routers and have to be ordered from trend.
Either change the jig to accept 12.7 mm standard worktop cutters or supply a router cutter with the kit.
As I didn't plan ahead for ordering a 16mm cutter it cost me time and money.
Extremely annoying.
