Roboform does a good job, but it's tiresome to have to constantly enter the master password

I have so many passwords. I try to keep my list in notes app but sometimes I forget. Roboform does the job for me. I’ve had it for years.

I have used RoboForm for many years. It has grown with the times and security changes so well that I always feel secure that only RoboForm should have my passwords. No browser - no other application is needed. I am covered no matter how my preferred browsers, websites and applications change.

I have had Roboform since they started 25 years ago. They are stupendous, and have kept up with the latest tech. Fast and comprehensive, and they respond quickly and efficiently to any problems. I have separate 16 character mixed passwords for each site I use, and Roboform has secure backup systems that protect me, yet prevent even them from accessing my data.

I switched to RoboForm after years with LastPass, and I’ll admit, I was hesitant. Moving password managers felt like a headache I didn’t need. But the transition was smoother than expected, and I’m really glad I made the move.

The setup took a couple of hours, but everything imported well, and the platform’s been fast, intuitive, and stable since. I've even come across features that are more thoughtfully designed than those I was previously familiar with.

What really stood out, though, was the human support. David from RoboForm was excellent, helpful, respectful, and not at all pushy. He was genuinely available whenever I needed him. That kind of quiet professionalism made a big difference.

I’m now signed up for 12 months, and the pricing is very fair, especially given the product and support.

If you're considering a switch but are unsure, I recommend not overthinking it. It’s less hassle than you fear, and RoboForm has earned my trust.

The latest update returns the usability features lost in the previous update!! Well done Roboform!! Now if you can also just include images such a licence scans etc that would be a great addition to the already easy usability of Roboform!!

One of the biggest stresses in our lives these days is remembering passwords. Having Roboform on hand at any time to ease the signing in of everything makes my everyday tasks so much easier and qthe. I'm able to focus on the important tasks I need to.

I have been a subscriber user of RoboForm for 10 years. It is a very useful password manager and the Safenotes feature adds an extra layer of functionality.
Roboform’s tech support resolves issues when needed.
Lastly it syncs flawlessly to my wireless devices

Roboform has been a reliable tool for several years. I tried others but this is my choice.

Generally happy with the app, but disappointed that it doesn't work consistently on IOS devices (iPhone and iPad). Would be worth five stars if the interface and processing were consistent across all devices.
UPDATE:
I was promptly contacted by the company with an offer to help resolve the IOS issue. Exploring in more detail revealed that the problem is caused by a processing issue at my end, and by companies using different URLs for the same site. For their responsiveness and offer to dig deeper to resolve this I am adding an additional star to this review.

I've been using RoboForm for around 15 years. I can't imagine being without it.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! I have been using for several months. My master password is written down and has worked flawless until today, when it stopped working. After many attempts at typing and retyping, I found out that I was just SOL - no explanation of why it stopped working or help getting a reset. All that can be done is to wipe everything out and restart. What is the point of that? No back-up plan, way to reset, NADA. To make matters worse, I signed up for a 5-year plan so I wouldn't have to worry about losing access because of credit card changes or such. Only a few months after purchase, the very unfriendly chat said no refund "was allowed". Again, no attempt to be helpful, just "you're out of luck". Nothing could have been done differently, either. No advice for how to prevent it from happening again - because there isn't anything that you can do. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! You have been warned.

I had a problem with the application and emailed for assistance. The response was very quick, which gave me precise step-by-step instructions on how to resolve this. I followed those instructions, and it did the trick.
Too often companies are not specific in their response, and it was very refreshing to deal with somebody who gave clear and effective advice and guidance.

I've used RoboForm ever since I can remember. Never a problem. Invaluable!
