I found the platform EASY to use and set up. I ran into two simple problems. I found it took me only minutes to resolve, largely intuitively, without contacting support. I really love having a front page with my accounts, just a click and the account is open.

Roboform works well across my devices and platforms. I use it for bookmarks, passwords, and secure notes. The value, safety, peace of mind I receive is worth the cost of the annual subscription, which has increased recently, but is still a great value compared to others. Roboform does what i need, but there are competitors with more advance features. Roboforms MFA is glitchy and has not worked in my initial attempts to use it. Perhaps it will improve over time, or as I gain better understanding of how to use it.

It works right 98% of the time. Every now and then it has a small glitch in it, but it is quickly fixed. I have been using it for over 15 years. I Love It!

I contacted RoboForm about a suspicious email about a dark web data breech concerning my account. I wanted to talk to someone about it, and they immediately set me up for phone chat. The RBF repesentaative answered my questions and advised on what to do if a problem form this occurs. Good client support.

I had so many questions regarding the re-establishment of my family plan that I thought I might be considered a pest. However, I had extremely quick and courteous responses to solve all things.

Once the file and sharing structure is understood, this tool is effective across iOS, Windows and Linux platforms. Understanding the structure is made possible by excellent support answering questions and suggesting solutions.

I have always felt secure using Roboform.

Everybody want big graphics but I prefer simple and effective password protection.
Roboform is my choice.

This was a great password protection program. I loved the fact that I could use this on my laptop, desktop, Ipad and Iphone and all devices were in sync and all I needed to do with click the Roboform icon and it would use facial recognition as my authentication and then enter my credentials. Very easy to use.
Not any more. On my laptop and desktop I noticed that it was no longer locking my passwords, it wasn't using facial recognition since they were not locked. After reviewing the settings I found that I could only re-enable facial recognition (hello Windows) by enabling a passkey.
Before passkey i clicked the roboform icon that was hovering over the sign in screen and it would recognize my face and fill in my credentials. Now I click the roboform icon, a window from the Roboform app opens where I either need to enter my master password and click passkey, after clicking passkey another window opens in the web browser with the same options. I click "use passkey" again, then it uses facial recognition and unlocks Roboform, then I need to go back to the page I'm trying to log into and click the Roboform icon AGAIN, then it finally enters my credentials.
I spent 2 weeks messaging technical support. The person just kept telling me to uninstall reinstall, remove browser extension, add extension. If the person actually understood the software they would have told me from the beginning the software change and facial recognition no longer works as an authentication method unless you use a passkey and jump through a bunch of hoops every time.
I'm beyond frustrated and done with this APP.

Easy to use. Reliable. Quick answers to any problems you might have.

The PW is excellent. Have used it for many years. It is being constantly updated and improved, at no additional cost. You respond to help requests almost immediately. You keep help requests on file and available. Thank What more can I say other than thanks and keep up the good work.

Ease of use. Fast to use and very secure.

I have restored my review to a five-star rating. On 18th October 2025, Roboform promptly replied to my concerns and provided a clear explanation for the technical issue that caused their web chat client to be unresponsive. While this resolution came after the initial problem, their decisive action to address the issue is commendable and has successfully restored my confidence in their service.

The product is industry-level, but their customer service is absolutely atrocious.

I ported over from LastPass 2 years ago and purchased a 5-year subscription from Roboform. After 2 years of use, there are features that other password managers have that I wish RoboForm had, such as attaching files, but apart from that, the product is at an industry-standard level.

Today, I had a question which I queued with their Roboform Support live chat portal. When I joined, in the queue at position 2. After about 30 minutes, this was updated to queue position 1. Unfortunately, this is where the customer service support chat has been for the last 3 hours without any further updates or response.

From this experience, I have to assume from the lack of updates and response that their customer service is nonexistent. If anything serious should happen, say if my question was urgent due to a breach, this is the level of service I can expect.

Once my subscription is over, I will be looking elsewhere for my password manager.
