It was better than I expected , particularly as it turned up in a pretty small flat box , and I expected it to be 5 ft tall. The instructions to put it together were rather minimal , from the Chinese manufacturer. I might've expected something more comprehensive , with more English , from Robert Dyas perhaps ? That said I worked it out and it looks pretty good .The delivery turned up 1 week earlier than suggested ( while I was still trying to work out the best date for me and the deliverer ) but our neighbour collected it so that was OK .

Bought an artificial tree. It was very good quality at a good price. Delivery came when they said. All round a good experience

Competitive prices, good information about the product, was despatched in quick time, with the added bonus of a discount code due to being a new customer
Only downfall was not knowing which courier was being used so it was difficult to track down. As we all lead busy lives, it's good to know when things are coming and who's delivering them, that's my only niggle

The purchased wc pan required replacement upon further inspection. Robert Dyas Customer Service arranged for a replacement pan to be delivered following my notification.
Customer Service was as good as could be expected. They were patient, courteous and professional in their written communications.
The replacement was delivered at the agreed time and day. Well done.

I looked at lots of companies before finding what I wanted at Robert Dyas. Price was competitive. Item was delivered and easy to assemble. So far it’s doing the exact job I wanted which is to enable me to move my umbrella easily with the sun.

Ordered item on 28 July and paid for next day delivery. Item did not arrive. Received email from delivery company that the item would be delivered by 9pm on 30 July. Not able to contact courier company except through chat bot so contacted Argos customer service, unfortunately, I did not find the service received satisfactory, big let-down! After much conversation, the item finally turn up on 30 July and the carriage was refunded

Paid £6.99 for next day delivery. Email mentioned it will arrive by a next day. Tracking number was not accepted by Evri ( worst delivery company in my experience) many calls to Robert Dyas but nothing changed regarding the tracking number. Arrived a day late, left at the doorstep without knocking a. Typical of Evri delivery people. The inflatable bed colour is different from the advert on website. Only slept on for one night by a relative so not sure what to give. Delivery money refund has not arrived into my account 5 days now after delivery.
