Asked to report an out of stock product for a task even though the product is at the back of the shelf. Doesn’t make sense from an inventory perspective for a store or supplier. This company tries its hardest to fail you and not pay you.

Roamler is probably the best company I have found for part-time/side hustle work. There are always plenty of tasks, the instructions for the task are clear and easy to follow, and the process of submission and getting paid is simple. Even if a task is rejected they give you detailed feedback so you know exactly what was wrong. My only small complaint is sometimes whole tasks seem to disappear and then reappear later which can be a little frustrating if you are planning to do the task at that time. Overall I would definitely recommend them!

Pros: 1) Genuine company that actually is legit and pays/ reimburses you for your task. 2) There are some really good tasks when you can get nice products for free. Cons: 1) acceptance of your results is somehow puzzling to me as when your job is rejected you get a generic info why it’s happened, would be helpful to know which exact photo was faulty etc when you submit over 20! 2) amount of work required and therefore your time contribution is much greater compared to competition. You get £4 for a job that takes me about 15-20 minutes ( say lots of photos check etc), not to mention the hassle of parking, dealing with people and staff in the shop! Not my favourite company to work for but good if there’s something local as a side hustle.

I can’t believe the rating is 3.5, Roamler is amazing, so easy to use, staff is so friendly and helpful! Of course all tasks are not easy but that’s the job, you can’t just have easy tasks, but I personally cannot fault them!

Roamler offers different tasks while you shopping. It is so good that you can earn some extra money.

Been using the app for 2 months as a regular "non-professional" user and I'm really pleased to have found it as it is a good source of some side income.
The app offers a wide varity of tasks from mistery shopping to surveys and merchandising tasks, which most of the time involve visiting a supermarket or high street store.
You accept tasks whenever you want based on location and availability and you have a certain amount of time to complete them thereafter. The instructions are normally very detailed and guide you through the process step-by-step. As long as you follow the instructions you should have a completed task validated and accepted within 24 hours, although occasionally during peak times or if it is a complex task you may need to wait for up to 3 days. Once a submission is verified you get the reward credited to your account, which you can withdraw to PayPal eventually (without fee above £20). I've not had an issue with withdrawals as they are processed very quickly.
After trying different types of tasks you will know which ones are worth completing based on the reward and your personal preferences/aptitude.
I have completed 80 so far with only 5 rejected with the reason for the rejections justified by the team.
I have run into a few glitches in the app, but I can tell these are being worked on and the support team overall are very responsive in case you have questions or issues.

I love being able to earn some extra money doing activities with Roamler, like visiting shops and recording what I find. I've had a good experience, so far and the support people are always there to answer questions. Overall, I like how it works, but I think there's room for improvement. Some tasks, for example, are quite demanding for the reward promised. But the main problem, in my opinion, is that sometimes one is required to take loads of pictures whilst behaving like a mystery shopper in shops that are quite small. Furthermore, if you don't live in a highly populated area, you might find that there isn't a lot to do.
Despite these few issues, though, I think that being part of the Roamler community is still worth it.

Among all others, Roamler is the best side hustle apps in the UK, with most available tasks, and reasonable compensation. If you are lucky enough, very often you can enjoy free snack or beer.

Just started it's going OK so far bit hard to take the photos exactly how they want them in small stores.

Very easy, no pressure and some fun tasks.
The app continues to improve with the map function not always working brilliantly for forward planning trips to different areas.
The support team are very helpful.

I enjoy using the app when I am out and about to get a top up on my income ! It’s up to you how much you want to work or get involved.
