So, uh. I want to leave my review of this company. I honestly tried to solve this problem, but they ignore it.
I completed four assignments on January 19 that had been hanging unchecked for a week. I wrote to technical support and was told that "sorry, we have a lot of work to do and we are just starting to check your country". Okay, I understand.
Additionally, I wrote to the main office that I am ready to submit a resume and work on checking assignments in my country if there are so few people and a lot of work. No one replied to me. It's been two weeks. And continue to post new jobs and do not check already made..... I don't know what else to write here. The indifference of the company to its business is just amazing. I give it a one.
Two weeks later I sent another letter complaining about this attitude. If I don't get a reply, I won't be surprised. I don't want to do any more tasks with this company.

The best! I am fascinated how fast Faycal was and how perfect he installed everything. I couldn’t have done it without him. I’m deeply grateful and can’t recommend enough!! 10/10

Getting tasks rejected despite doing exactly what is asked and receiving contradicting advice on what the “perfect” picture is- honestly don’t waste your time

He was a decent and polite technician. He worked quietly and clean. No mess, no dirt. He was a good professional.

On time and super fast and left everything super clean!

I give them five stars because they came on time, they worked with order and efficiently in less than 2 hrs we have our new wardrobe ready to use. A very good service.

Overall good experience. They called me in much beforehand to inform their original technician was unwell and hence re-schedule appoitment. Their technician was good, but was not given advance knowledge of what he was supposed to install and where. Since he had to drill the tile in bathroom, he needed different drill. Somehow he did finish the work same day, but it took much longer.

Technician arrived on time, had all his tools ready, perform his job in efficiently and leaving the room clean and all the cardboard organized.

Louie was kind and professional, did a great job and was very respectful and efficient.

DO NOT TRUST THEM. They will leave very very unclear instructions and when you don't do something they will refuse the money. I spent 1-2 hours yesterday on a task and got rejected for something that was not clear. They owe me probably £20-30 for the time I have spent doing their tasks. The customer support are rude and unhelpful.

I have been using it for 2 years and happy with tasks and average pay.

However two things I would highlight.
One don’t reject a submission with 1-2 missing pictures. I know it’s not that they earn from such submissions and you work for free as some users reported. It’s a loss to both. Instead of rejecting allow to take that picture again.

Two respond to users. It seems they would only reply when they wish. No respect for users time. My account is deactivated and I provided reasons but no response from them. It takes 24-72 hours to respond. Very pathetic. And now they have not replied for more than 72 hours. If my reason was not enough at least still reply with a no so I know I should stop using this app. This single experience has made me give 1 star instead of 3-4.

These guys were insane experts. They did everything quickly and seamlessly. The prices were consistent with market average yet the service was unparalleled.
