It will be interesting if Rise develops its services to offer its customers a Visa or Mastercard as a means of payment.

I am writing this review based on my personal experience with Rise.
I initiated a USD 990 withdrawal on June 13, 2026. More than 6 weeks have now passed, and I still have not received my money in my Al Rajhi Bank account, nor has it been returned to my Rise account.
During this time:
- My bank has confirmed multiple times that no incoming transfer was received.
- I provided every document requested by Rise, including bank statements and confirmation from my bank.
- I repeatedly asked for the SWIFT trace, recall reference number, intermediary bank details, and the current status of my funds.
- I mostly received general or AI-generated replies rather than the specific information I requested.
I have remained patient and cooperative throughout the process. I also filed a complaint with the U.S. Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) because I have still not received a clear resolution.
I am not asking for anything beyond the return of my own money. I hope Rise will investigate this matter properly, provide transparent information, and resolve my case as soon as possible.
I will gladly update this review if my issue is fully resolved.

So disappointing. I've been trying to withdraw my funds for 16 days and still no fix yet. "The tech team is working on it" I understand that but they need to work double time and rise pay them for the extra hours they need to put in to get this fixed. This issue has cost me financial because of late fees now. Please head this asap

Legit, the worst possible process and communication I've ever encountered with dealing with passkeys. I am a prop firm trader and moved to a funded / live account with Funded Seat. I've tried "live chatting" with Rise several times, with no response. It's terrible. I have literally over 10k in profits to withdraw and can't because they won't respond and help me figure this out. I would give it 0 stars if possible

I recently received a security notice from Rise regarding the use of the same withdrawal method across multiple accounts. I understand the importance of security protocols and compliance, and I want to clarify that the situation appears to have been caused by my use of two different email addresses for trading-related accounts.
I have already contacted Rise support, explained the situation, and asked what steps are necessary to ensure my account remains fully compliant. I also asked whether removing the Binance wallet from my other account would allow me to continue withdrawing funds normally using the verified withdrawal method registered to this account.
I appreciate the platform’s focus on security, but I would appreciate clearer guidance and confirmation from support so I can resolve the matter without risking further account restrictions.
I hope Rise can provide a prompt and transparent resolution.

Giving a one-star rating and describing the problem here is probably the only way to resolve any issue.
Like everyone else below, I'm having trouble with withdrawals, and support is essentially non-existent (it takes at least several days to respond).
I started trying to restore my RST password over two weeks ago. I've been waiting for Passkey authorization since July 9th.
I feel like nothing is happening. The fact that Rise is still accepting payments from prop firms but is unable to forward them reinforces my belief that this may be a scam.
I'll keep you updated on any changes.

Been struggling for weeks now to withdraw my funds. Really disappointing!

I wanted to withdraw money for the first time, but I was asked to use a passkey that I had never created. To resolve this, I had to start the passkey recovery process, which required identity verification.
The system said it could take up to 48 hours. It's now been more than 48 hours, and I haven't received any updates or communication. Customer support has also been ignoring my messages.
This is a very disappointing experience and a poor way to do business.

Another 2 days passed since they asked for the 2nd time my personal information via Truspilot, but as expected they just ask but don't take action.
I cannot withdraw my funds for already 2 weeks and they make the same excuse everytime.
PLEASE, DO NOT REQUEST MY CONTACT/PERSONAL DETAILS VIA TRUSTPILOT. I ALREADY PROVIDED 2 TIMES IN THE LAST 5-6DAYS, BUT THERE IS NO ACTION FROM YOUR SIDE. CHECK INSTEAD MY PREVIOUSLY SUBMITTED INFORMATION.
I DON'T WANT TO SUBMIT FOR THE 3RD TIME
Update!!!
I filed a complaint in Consumer Financial Protection Bereau, since there is no concrete response or explanation from Rise. I also asked the to forward my complaint to FinCEN if neccesary, since Rise is registered with them as Money Service Business.
I urge everyone to do the same. It is time to action rather than waiting for them

very bad. never use rise works again. My payment of 1500 dollar is not available for withdrawal even after 14 days. Every time I complain the costumer care says the same statement that the technical team is working on your issue. I have to pay my emis. But they are not solving the issue. It says how bad there technical team is. Never use rise again

It's really terrible!!! I usually got paid out from prop firm directly to my crypto wallet. But then I need to use Rise. It was really a nightmate. I can't withdraw my fund at all. It repeatedly show that "Server error on PUT...".
Try to contact support via chat, but there was only menu, but with no button/function for chat support at all.
Contacted via email and the respon was soooo slowwwww!!
Come on man, you are in financial service business, be more reliable and responsive.
I'm sooooooo disappointed. Till to this day, I still can't withdraw my fund

What used to be a great platform turned into a shit show. Just like all the 1 star reviews, customer service takes an eternity and issues with passkey/RSK security passcode is absurd. I've been trying to access my funds the past 2 weeks but no luck.

rise used to be good, ive been with them for 2 years but ever since the onboarding its been a complete disaster ,for two weeks ive been trying to get help from support with my Rsk recovery, but all you get is automated replies to your emails, its like they dont even read them, its not easy getting your money stucked there while you have bills to take care of.

Rise used to be fast, reliable, and efficient, but lately the service has become extremely disappointing. Delayed payouts are unacceptable, especially when many of us rely on these funds to cover essential expenses such as household bills and medical costs.
You stated that RSK withdrawals would be processed within 48 hours, yet my withdrawal has now been pending for over a week with no update or meaningful response from your support team. This level of service falls well below the standards you previously set.
I need my funds released as soon as possible. Keeping clients waiting without communication is unprofessional and creates unnecessary financial stress. If there are delays, the least you can do is provide honest updates instead of leaving customers in the dark.
Please treat this as a matter of urgency and process my withdrawal immediately.

This service is great until something goes wrong, then customer service is no help whatsoever. I have been having issues with my passkey and have been going back and forth with support for 2 weeks. It's almost like they don't even read my messages because they always ask for information I have already sent. I understand they are having issues right now but I don't appreciate generic responses and not addressing the problem I'm facing. I'm getting to the point I don't know what to do but turn to CFPB.
Update: I did not receive an information request on trustpilot like stated in response

it's been 10 days since I've requested for rsk password reset which I didn't create. no passkey no wallet nothing works. have even requested to reverse to payer. ryker replied once saying it's final stage of recovery, a week ago nothing since.none at rise seems to care.
update: they did get back and recovered key.

I've been waiting almost 4 days for identity verification and I haven't received a single email in all that time — no confirmation, no status update, nothing. For a platform that handles money withdrawals, this level of delay on something as basic as verification is unacceptable.
The support chat only provides automated AI responses, with no real option to escalate to a person. I wrote in asking for an update on my verification status and got generic replies that didn't resolve anything. If this is what happens during onboarding, which should be the simplest and fastest part of the entire customer relationship, it's a worrying sign of how they'll respond when a real issue comes up with the account or a withdrawal.
At minimum, I expected clear communication and reasonable timelines. Four days with no response and no way to reach a real person is not an acceptable standard for a company handling users' money. I hope the company responds to this review and explains what's going on with verification times.

My ID verification is stuck and wont go ahead which is causing me problems in my prop firm payout, customer support is non existant and the live chat is showing an error, is this company shutting down or what
