I cant sign signature because your RSK Rise security key is always invalid! And your support really slow, please fix this i already email, i need to sign the signature fast!

my bf unable to withdraw my own funds or complete the required signature for the PROP Firm because I keep receiving an RSK Password and Authorization Failed error, even though I am entering the correct password.

This issue is preventing me from accessing my own money. Please investigate and resolve this problem as soon as possible.

My prop firm, Funded Trading Plus, officially processed, approved, and confirmed my payment transfer to Rise last Wednesday. It has now been 9 days, and my Rise balance has completely failed to update or reflect the transferred funds.
Because my balance is not updating, I am entirely unable to execute any withdrawal requests. My KYC identity check is fully active, and my banking details are verified. This issue is happening entirely on the Rise platform due to the ongoing V2 migration glitches messing up backend ledger mapping.
Rise customer support has completely ignored multiple tickets over the past 9 days. Leaving a trader's approved funds completely frozen in a database limbo without a response is completely unacceptable. I need a senior database engineer to look at my account profile and manually force a ledger reconciliation to sync my correct balance.

UPDATE (27 July 2026):
Since posting my original review, Rise did respond and explained that my initial withdrawal issue was caused by my funds being paid in USD while my withdrawal method was configured for GBP. Following their instructions, I removed my previous bank account and updated my withdrawal method to Revolut, which supports USD.
Unfortunately, before I was able to complete my withdrawal, I became locked out of my account due to Rise's new passkey/security system. I now receive the errors "Passkey authorization failed" and "The connected wallet is not authorized on this account."
Following Rise's guidance, I submitted an RSK Recovery request on Friday, and I have received confirmation that my recovery request has been received. I am now waiting for this to be approved so I can regain access to my account.
My concern is that my payout has now been inaccessible for an extended period despite Funded Trading Plus approving and releasing the funds some time ago. I have followed every instruction provided by Rise, updated my withdrawal method as requested, and completed the required recovery process.
I would appreciate it if someone from the Rise team could prioritise my RSK Recovery request or provide an estimated timeframe for approval so I can finally access my funds.

This is the second time I've used Rise to receive a payout from a proprietary trading firm, and once again the experience has been excellent. After receiving the payment and choosing to transfer it to my bank account in Spain, the funds arrived in my bank within just a few minutes. Fast, reliable, and highly efficient service. Thank you very much for everything!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Rise Pay. It has been over a month—from June 15th to July 23rd—and my funds are still stuck with absolutely no concrete update or resolution.

Every time I reach out to support, I am handed the exact same copy-pasted, automated responses stating that the "recall process is ongoing." When asked for basic transaction proofs—such as a SWIFT MT103, a official bank Recall Reference ID, or supporting documentation—support explicitly stated that they have nothing to share.

Holding a customer's hard-earned money indefinitely without providing a single piece of verified bank documentation or a clear timeline shows a complete lack of transparency and professionalism.

If you value your hard-earned money and expect basic support transparency, be very cautious before using this platform. I am still waiting for my funds to be released or for Rise Pay to provide legitimate, bank-verified proof of what is actually happening with my transaction.

Excellent service interface and everything keep it up

I started my verification process on June 27, and as of July 22, it is still not complete.

My case was escalated to the compliance team, and I submitted the additional documents they requested on July 7. Since then, I have followed up multiple times but have received no response or meaningful update.

The compliance representative assigned to my case has also been unavailable for over a week, yet there doesn't appear to be anyone else available to assist or take over the case.

I currently have a payout waiting on this verification. Waiting nearly three weeks for verification while having no way to get an update on my case has been extremely frustrating.

Hello I am facing verification onboarding issue, i submitted my all documents.. done my all verification.. their verification time is 1-2 business days...
2 business days passed.. but there is no response from rise... my verification is still under review and they has no support team to talk with.....I cannot talk to their live chat due to... they didn't open yet for me... i don't know why... i am trader and the issue is that i work with the propfirm and the propfirm i worked with the pay you in rise.... and my payout is stuck their... Kindly solve my problemm if you solve my problem.. i'll remove this review and change it...

At last managed to resolve issues by continuously chatting with AI chat. All in order now.

I honestly wonder how this company has 4.5 stars. I signed up as per my Payers requirement.

1st HUGE drawback of using this service - it WON'T allow you to login from any devices unlike paypal or other services.
2nd drawback - you can't do $h!t if you don't have have the device the passkey is saved or for whatever reason if the saved device just can't recognise or didn't save the passkey or recognise it, you can't access your account and perform anything this was my case.
3rd - even if you wrote your passkey and hoped to enter it manually, their platform won't allow it, as it must be that THE ONE device like Neo from Matrix, all else shall perish, disapproved.
4th and worst of all - I raised a complaint to fix the issue with their support & visa sales support on Friday, came Monday only I received a response from both (a payment service with such delayed support??) and then I responded back that I need help - 2 days later they closed the ticket stating ' we are closing due to no response - this response was from sales side atleast, the support that's supposed to support rectifying the issues, just vanished into thin air like 'Now you see me, Now you don't'

So I signed up with another email and completed my contract on Sunday night they have not send any acceptance email to both me and my Payer until now.

Rise will not be my choice if I had anyother option.

Extremely fast with my payout. I work with a prop firm, Tradeify. I requested my Tradeify payout on 7/20/2026. Tradeify's payment processor is RiseWorks. The payout showed up in my RiseWorks account on 7/21/2026 and I requested a withdrawal from my RiseWorks to my bank account. The withdrawal showed up at my bank a couple of hours later. Such an awesome total experience with Tradeify and RiseWorks. The whole process took 1 day total. Thanks RiseWorks for being so fast.

I am extremely frustrated with the payout process on Rise.
​My payout of $466.51 is completely stuck, and I am unable to withdraw or claim my funds due to a persistent smart contract error: RiseForwarder_TargetNotDeployed.
​I have tried everything on my end:
​Tested multiple networks (Arbitrum, Optimism, Base)
​Tried different wallet addresses and tokens (USDT, USDC, ETH)
​Reached out to Rise support
​Despite testing clean addresses and various network setups, the RiseForwarder contract issue remains unresolved and my funds are completely unreachable. This is unacceptable service. I expect my funds to be released and this contract error resolved immediately!

This is my second review. Still nothing good to say.. i cant onboard my account cause they have a stupid bot that scanned my Tax documents and it refused to scan it right until i had to contact support.. i contacted support and i havent heard anything! Small basic replies but nothing definitive and it takes days for them to send one question or even one response.. TERRIBLE service.. id expect you guys to be on top of everything.. you’re a money distribution company.. this is peoples lives and incomes you so carelessly prolong for no reason.

Great service but the charge fee is so crazy

Worst payment company, i tried multiple times for onboarding they rejected everytime for no reason. Such a dumb company.
