I liked the site cause I ordered shoes and they gave me a tracking number so I would know when my shies would come and after 3 weeks maybe 4 the shies came just like the way I wanted I was excited about what I brought.
I placed an order on December 25, 2022. I never received an email from the seller updating me on my order. I received my order on January 23, 2023, I ordered size 11 shoes but received size 5. When I contacted Rio, they stated that I ordered a 5; that I couldn't exchange them or receive a refund as they sent what I ordered. I always thought an exchange or refund was granted if the wrong item was sent but I guess not with this store. I was told that they would give me voucher. Was gonna order the shoe in the correct size but have changed my mind after seeing these reviews.
I ordered a shoe, they claim that didn't make that size and they wouldn't refund my money they just sent me the next size. When I reached them they claim they don't refund or exchange. This company is a rip off and the product is cheap looking. It looks like my granddaughter made it and she's one. Please don't waste your money.
I ordered the Jordan 13's. Next day I received an email stating that they don't have my size (8.5) and would I like to order something else. I requested a refund. I have received no response or refund.
