I have recently purchased a turntable and Bluetooth speakers from Richer Sounds in York and have received excellent service. Mike, the senior sales advisor, arranged a personal demonstration and I ordered the system. DPD delivery was the next day.
I realised that the speakers weren't exactly what I wanted and contacted Mike who arranged to exchange them and another demonstration.
Again the new speakers were delivered by DPD the following day, which was a Saturday.
The attention and service I received from Mike, and Richer Sounds York, were second to none and I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending the company.

Great service and advice. Bought a stereo amplifier but wasn’t what I expected so phoned the York shop and Joe couldn’t have been more helpful- he advised on a much better Amplifier for almost the same money - so glad I phoned as I don’t really know what I’m looking at. Ended up with the Taga Harmony amp. Klipch speakers and argon turntable. Everything sounds incredible and it all looks beautiful together and the prices were better than anywhere I could find online. . Thank you Joe much appreciated

Great products with overall good advice. What was disappointing was DPD made a total mess of the delivery saying they couldn't deliver a package due to severe weather even though 1 package got to my address. It took way longer than it should have done. Having said that, Richer Sounds dealt with my complaint quickly, held a meeting with DPD and agreed to refund the delivery charge. Historically I've never had issues with Richer Sounds so would still recommend.

York staff are super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I will always shop at Richer Sounds York if I can.

Called into the York Store to gain advice which Record player /Turntable would be suitable for Me to purchase for a Beginner and was served by a Very Polite and Helpful Member of Staff that couldn’t of been more Helpful in showing me within my budget which they had on the shelves . I came away with the Turntable and seperate Speakers all ordered for Delivery and the Guarantees set up in place and arrived the Next Day
