Fantastic Service at York Store
Called into the York Store to gain advice which Record player /Turntable would be suitable for Me to purchase for a Beginner and was served by a Very Polite and Helpful Member of Staff that couldn’t of been more Helpful in showing me within my budget which they had on the shelves . I came away with the Turntable and seperate Speakers all ordered for Delivery and the Guarantees set up in place and arrived the Next Day
Couldn’t fault my experience and a Big Thankyou to ( I didn’t catch His name ) who served Me

What a pleasure to deal with. Having decided to buy an amp and speakers that I had mistakenly thought my OH wanted. The sales guy happily returned the very expensive speakers for something more suitable. Happy customer!

Great customer service
We ordered a television online for our son for Christmas, unfortunately the TV had a black line right through the middle of the screen. I contacted richer sounds on boxing day and they were great, they offered a free collection and replacement, we asked if we could just go and swap it at our local store rather than wait in for the courier, this was fine by them. The guys in the York store were really helpful and friendly great customer service.
