I was sorry to read your review and, having corresponded with you directly during the complaint, I know the difficulties you experienced with your television caused considerable frustration.
Whilst personally I don't think it would be helpful to either party to revisit the full details of the matter here, I did want to publicly acknowledge that aspects of your case could have been handled better following your discovery of an issue with the product after wall mounting it. In particular, information provided during discussions around a replacement product was inaccurate, for which I am genuinely sorry. I have also spoken to the colleague involved.

I ordered a Manhattan Aero box for next day delivery and it arrived on time. I then had to order a second one which also arrived within 2 days even on standard delivery. Richer Sounds are my go to for audio and TV stuff as they're always reliable and when help or advice is needed you can still speak to a knowledgeable REAL person 🙂

Had what I wanted in stock and at a very competitive price plus warranty extended to six years. Ordering was really simple on there website which gave plenty of product information and although I only selected standard delivery, I ordered on Friday teatime and my turntable arrived Monday and was delivered in perfect condition. I highly recommend this company.
