Good advice suggested options buying a Tv

I telephoned the customer sales team to purchase a TV and spoke to Andy from Prestwich. He really went the extra mile to locate the TV I wanted and get it delivered to me. I was very pleased indeed with the service I received. The TV arrived on time and appears excellent.

Andy's ( manager of the prestwich store ) knowledge of products and what will work best for your requirements within your home is endless. Over the last 10 years I've bought all my electrical productors here from Tv's to ceiling speakers and ever time I've gone with his recommendation and the end product as blown my mind. His customer service is also unbeatable and that coupled with the fact Richer sounds productors cant be beaten on price or warranty makes it the only place you should be going to get your electrical gear from.

Easy collection and very helpful

Top class service as per. The trainee lad Ellis was ace. For what he knew and still learning on the job he did super, couldn’t fault him. Good luck with your future in the company and I’ll sure to be back for more purchases when I need something. Love the company Love this store.

Our visit to Richer Sounds Prestwich was made a lot easier thanks to the help we received from Dom.
He helped us choose exactly what we wanted and we never once felt like we were being pushed to spend more than needed.
We can definitely recommend paying them a visit if you get a chance.

We had a fantastic experience at the prestwich branch. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The products purchased were quickly delivered. They were easy to install and are working fantastically.

Dominic at the Prestwich branch was fantastic to deal with. Item exactly as described and ready to collect from the shop next day.

We bought a turntable and ruark products in December and have been thoroughly impressed with the service provided by all members of the team at the Prestwich store. The items were delivered quickly to store over the busy Christmas period , excellent communications and dealt with very efficiently when we arrived to collect, and then given help to carry into the car.

I found the staff that I spoke to were very polite and knowledgeable.I had a few problems arranging delivery but realise that it was probably due to the time of year and as I was going on a weeks holiday there were a few issues with arranging the delivery.Tv is now here and we are very pleased .Thanks for everything.

Website easy to use & order from. Everything quite clear & understandable.
Only downside was lack of verble communication at store when I was collecting. It was an elderly salesman than initially greeted me but we had zero conversation, no info regarding warranty, no offer of assistance to take items to car. Simply put boxes on counter & then promptly served someone else without a word of thanks. This was only disappointing area of my shopping experience. Would it stop me from using them again? Yes, probably as no interest in shown to me once they were paid the money.
