Two out of the 3 lavenders are doing well. The third is turning brown.
Hopefully it will revive.

Beautiful healthy plants. Safely packed and arrived quickly without any damage. They are now in their forever home in the garden and doing well.

Well packaged, healthy looking plant, arrived as promised

Spent £30 on three 9cm plants, very unhappy. When they arrived they just stems about two leaves which had been eaten through by bugs. Put them straight in a pot with good drainage and feed and they still haven’t improved. Will not be ordering plants from the RHS again

Good healthy plants, well packaged

The plants I ordered came well packaged, hydrated (in the heat we have had I was impressed by this) and healthy.

I felt that the shrubs were very stressed when I received them. I have repotted to larger pots until I plant into beds. They are still very dormant even though I have given them the care they deserve. Not sure if they were over priced for the condition I received them. Time will tell but not totally satisfied with their condition at this point.

Reliable source of information, advice and quality plants

The plants arrived very well packed and damp. I have had a couple of orders now and they have all grown very well. Will definitely order again.

The first plant we received was not in very good condition and was too embarrassing to give as a gift. We appreciate the current drought so weren't expecting an amazing plant but it was in a terrible state and had a massive caterpillar included which had eaten quite a bit of it. Thankfully customer services were amazing and sent us a replacement really quickly and this plant was in much better condition. We gave it to my dad as a birthday present and he was very pleased with it.

Good products. Very well packaged and delivered on time. Time will be the final judge i.e. performance, colour etc, but everything is ok at the moment.

Plants in RHS sale were very poor. Leaves either yellowing or completely dry and scorched. The pots were soaking wet at the bottom, but obviously the plants had not benefited from this. Their roots were barely alive. A Brachyglottis, which was recommended as drought tolerant, was the worst (at least RHS refunded the price of this plant as well as £14 for the inconvenience). RHS Enterprises guarantees only to send top quality plants in excellent condition; these plants definitely were not. Top quality plants should not need urgent care on arrival. Drought is no excuse as plant nurseries are exempt from hosepipe bans.

After being let down by another well known supplier, the contrast with what we got from the RHS can't be exaggerated. The order was taken efficiently, delivery was quick and on time. The plant was in good condition and well packaged. It is now in our garden and despite the high temperatures, it's doing well.

Good system. Goods ordered received notification and delivered promptly

On opening the parcel on delivery the plant pot was at 45 degree angle and had shed about a third of its compost. All in all the plant looked a very poor specimen. This illustrates the risks in buying plants on line.
