Poor Customer Service over out of stock item
After reading the reviews I really wanted to like this company. However, I read a negative review that was exactly the same as my own experience. They took my money for an out of stock item. Had one update early on to say it would be delivered soon. Had no further correspondence about my missing product since then, over a month ago now & I have had to contact the company who say it will be in stock soon. Poor & very disappointing customer service. Shall be asking for a refund & will not be using this company again.

Not the first time regarding hugely…
Not the first time regarding hugely poor service from this company. Purchased what are known as Biosun candles. Candles where you place the bottom of the candle in your ear light the top and slowly remove ear wax. Lit the top of the candle and smoke came out of the bottom. Sent message to be told that they were looking at the matter. 16 days later still looking at the complaint and then the would you believe the result. Thet put smoke in the bottom and sometimes it comes back out !!!!.I would never consider buying anything from this company again. Most unprofessional and please be warned they have no intention of replacing or refunding at any stage.

Bad experience
My order hadn't been dispatched for 3 weeks, despite them promising me on numerous occasions that they would be dispatching it. Turns out they took my money for a product which was out of stock. I had to chase them repeatedly for an update, and eventually ended up requesting a refund. Total waste of time
